Catholics Don't Worship Mary?
You've got to be kidding?
Roman Catholics and Orthodox Catholics speak of the "Sacred Heart of Mary," but it's actually the Sacred Heart of Satan. Mary's heart was no more sacred than any other godly woman's heart. The Catholic religion has elevated Mary into a monster. Carefully notice the circle (halo) around Mary's head. Catholics use this symbol to denote deity. Of course, according to the Bible, Mary was no more special than Rahab the harlot, or Sarah, Abraham's wife. All three women mentioned were SINNERS. Mary exclaimed in Luke 1:47...
"And Mary said, My soul doth magnify the Lord, And my spirit hath rejoiced in God my Saviour."
Mary NEVER magnified herself, Nor, did anyone ever magnify Mary. Catholics foolishly use Luke 1:28 as an excuse to recognize Mary, "And the angel came in unto her, and said, Hail, thou that art highly favoured, the Lord is with thee: blessed art thou among women." There is nothing in this Scripture which elevates Mary in any way. Carefully notice that Mary is blessed "AMONG" women; and not, ABOVE women. Proverb 31:30 reads, "Favour is deceitful, and beauty is vain: but a woman that feareth the LORD, she shall be praised." This Verse applies to ALL women, not just Mary. God saw that Mary feared Him and; therefore, she was praised "among" women. However, it is a horrible sin to elevate Mary ABOVE anyone. Jesus clearly said in Matthew 12:50, "For whosoever shall do the will of my Father which is in heaven, the same is my brother, and sister, and mother." What a beautiful truth! Jesus says to the childless mother, "I'll be your Son." Jesus says to the man without a family, "I'll be your brother." Jesus says to the disowned son, "I'll be your Father." What a Precious Saviour! Jesus NEVER called Mary His "mother." Jesus NEVER told us to recognize Mary as our mother. Jesus clearly taught that anyone who does God's will (John 6:40) is His mother. In other words, the true family of God is the spiritual family in Heaven, and not of the flesh. As a Christian, Mary (Jesus' earthly mother) was an EQUAL part of the Body of Christ. 1st Corinthians 12:21-25 clearly teaches that ALL parts of the Body of Christ are equally important. This is why Jesus stressed that anyone who believes on Him, is His family (the Body of Christ).
Mary was a Dirty-Rotten Sinner
Yet, Catholics, and to a lesser degree, Lutherans, foolishly elevate Mary ABOVE women. This is unbiblical. It is a sin to elevate ANY human being above the Biblical level of a Hell-deserving sinner. Even John the Baptist, whom Jesus called "the greatest born amongst women," was killed by wicked king Herod; thus, fulfilling Romans 6:23a, "For the wages of sin is death..." How wicked and arrogant for Catholics to teach that Mary was born without sin, what they term, the "Immaculate Conception" of Mary. Interestingly, Catholics NEVER speak about Mary's death. If Mary was without sin, then she should be alive today bodily; but, she is dead. It is sacrilegious to the Catholic to even entertain the thought for a moment that the "Blessed Virgin Mary" could have ever committed any sin. But she certainly did. There are many Biblical characters such as Joseph and Daniel, who appeared to have been without sin; but, we know from Romans 3:10 and 23 that ALL mankind is sinful. "...there is none that doeth good, no, not one" (Romans 3:12c). For Catholics to claim that Mary was anything more than a filthy Hell-deserving sinner is vile false religion.
Mary Did NOT Remain a VirginIt is the height of ignorance and unscholarly rubbish, to even insinuate that a woman would marry a man, but not have sex with him. Luke 2:41 and 42 clearly reveal that Joseph and Mary were still living together when Jesus was 12 years old. For Catholics to claim that Mary remained a virgin is ludicrous. What do you think Joseph and Mary did together? No normal man would marry a woman, live with her, but never have sex with her. If you believe that Mary was a "Perpetual Virgin" as the Catholic Church claims, then I've got a tropical beach I'd like to sell you up in Iceland. There is absolutely nothing in the Word of God which even hints to Mary remaining a virgin. In Matthew 13:54-56, the Bible plainly teaches that Jesus had at least four brothers and two sisters...
"And when he was come into his own country, he taught them in their synagogue, insomuch that they were astonished, and said, Whence hath this man this wisdom, and these mighty works? Is not this the carpenter's son? is not his mother called Mary? and his brethren, James, and Joses, and Simon, and Judas? And his sisters, are they not all with us? Whence then hath this man all these things?"
The Douay Catholic Bible contains a little footnote by this Scripture which claims that these children belonged to a DIFFERENT Mary and; therefore, could not have been Jesus' siblings. However, such a false teaching clearly would be taking this Scripture out of context. The clear context of Matthew 13:54-56 is that the people in the synagogue were astonished at Jesus' teaching, and perplexed that such a scholarly young man could have come out of such an ordinary family. Clearly, Jesus is being COMPARED to His earthly family. To claim that the four brothers and at least two sisters (plural), were someone else's children, is totally ludicrous, and would render this entire portion of Scripture meaningless. The Word of God says what It means, and means what It says. Jesus had many step brothers and sisters, all born from the marriage union of Joseph and Mary. Mary did NOT remain a virgin after Christ's birth!
Immaculate Heart of Mary?It is certainly not my intentions to be unkind by referring to the Catholic Mary as being Satanic; but, it is the Truth according to the Word of God. 2nd Corinthians 10:5 states, "Casting down imaginations, and every high thing that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God, and bringing into captivity every thought to the obedience of Christ." I am going to cast down the damnable heresies of Catholicism, that exalteth itself against the knowledge of God. There is NOT one Verse in the entire Word of God that teaches us to recognize Mary in any capacity. Mary's heart was NOT "immaculate" (i.e., free from stain and blemish, without fault or error). ONLY Jesus was without sin (2nd Corinthians 5:21; Hebrews 4:15). As stated earlier, Mary was nothing more than a Hell-deserving sinner saved by God's grace. The term "immaculate" doesn't even appear in the Word of God. The damnable teaching of the Immaculate Heart of Mary is religion, NOT Truth. It is a manmade doctrine of the Catholic Vatican, the Holy See, and not of God's Word. The Bible NEVER teaches the Rosary; in fact, God condemn vain repetitions, which are in integrated part of the Rosary (a standard Rosary prayer requires the victim to say 53 "Hail Mary's"). The Word of God condemns such empty and meaningless repetitions of words. God hates prayer books. I see ministers at The White House READING prayers from a script. Go to any Lutheran church and you'll hear the minister READING from a prayer book. The same is true of Catholic priests who READ their prayers from a book. This is not only displeasing to God, it is false religion. God hates the ceremonialist formalism, which causes men's minds to become saturated with religion; but their hearts remain FAR FROM GOD. Matthew 5:18 states, "This people draweth nigh unto me with their mouth, and honoureth me with their lips; but their heart is far from me." Do you really think the victims in the two photos at the beginning of this article are worshipping God? Who are they bowing to? That's right, a statue Mary. They are all victims of false religion, greatly deceived by the Devil.
Priests Do NOT Have the Power to Forgive Sin!John 20:23 is used by the Lutheran minister and the Catholic priest to claim they have power to forgive your sins. I want you to notice carefully here that the EXACT same Greek word "aphiemi," which is used in John 20:23, is also used in Matthew 6:12, "And forgive us our debts, as we forgive our debtors." The word literally means, "to send forth" (i.e., to "let go"). When we forgive our debtors, we "let it go." Again, in Matthew 6:14 and 15 we read, "For if ye forgive men their trespasses, your heavenly Father will also forgive you: But if ye forgive not men their trespasses, neither will your Father forgive your trespasses." These are from the EXACT same Greek word, "aphiemi," found in John 20:23. Hence, ministers and priests have no more ability to pardon other people's sins than laymen do. Clearly, we have been lied to by Lutheran ministers and Catholic Priests! Every believer is commanded by God to "forgive" (aphiemi) other's sins (Ephesians 4:30-32). Please understand that no human can cleanse another human's sins away. No minister or priest can make you right with God. If you commit a sin against me, and then make restitution, asking for my forgiveness--I am commanded by God to forgive (aphiemi) you; but that doesn't mean you're now saved and on your way to Heaven. I cannot save you or make you right with God, you MUST go through Jesus Christ, Who is the ONLY Mediator between God and men, "For there is one God, and ONE MEDIATOR between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." Clearly, the forgiveness offered from one human to another CANNOT substitute one's need for forgiveness from God.
The Word of God is clear that ONLY God can forgive sin, "...who can forgive sins but God only?" (Mark 2:7). So what was Jesus saying to the Apostles in John 20:23? Since Jesus spoke about people NOT being forgiven, there is only one thing He could have been talking about, the Gospel. The same is true of Matthew 16:19 concerning the word "key," and again in Matthew 18:18 concerning the word "bind." The ONLY "key" to Heaven is the Gospel of Christ Jesus; hence, the preaching of the Gospel distributes the keys which allow men to become saved and enter Heaven. VINE'S EXPOSITORY DICTIONARY OF GREEK NEW TESTAMENT WORDS says concerning the word "key in Matthew 16:19...
" 'a key,' is used metaphorically (a) of "the keys of the kingdom of heaven," which the Lord committed to Peter, Matt. 16:19, by which he would open the door of faith, as he did to the Jews at Pentecost, and to Gentiles in the person of Cornelius, acting as one commissioned by Christ, through the power of the Holy Spirit; he had precedence over his fellow disciples, not in authority, but in the matter of time, on the ground of his confession of Christ (v. 16); equal authority was committed to them (18:18); (b) of "the keys of knowledge," Luke 11:52, i.e., knowledge of the revealed will of God, by which men entered into the life that pleases God; this the religious leaders of the Jews had presumptuously "taken away," so that they neither entered in themselves, nor permitted their hearers to do so..."
Clearly, the "key" which Jesus spoke of is, the Gospel. The POWER of the Gospel in Romans 1:16 is the key that frees us from the bondage of sin, the condemnation of the Law, the fires of Hell, and the lies of false religions which lay burdens "grievous to be borne" upon men's shoulders (Matthew 23:4). But again, there is no reference to ministers or priests being given the "special power and right" to forgive sin. To teach such nonsense is to neglect hundreds of Scriptures which do NOT agree. We can forgive other's their debts, foolishness, wrongs, trespasses, and evil's against us; but only God alone can forgive SIN. Come down off your pedestal Mr. Lutheran minister. Only Jesus can forgive sin (1st Timothy 2:5).
The Bible commands us to forgive those who seek our forgiveness (Matthew 6:14 and 15), so Jesus couldn't have been speaking about personal forgiveness in John 20:23. Furthermore, it wasn't the "special power and right" of the disciples to decide whether a man was forgiven or not, that POWER is clearly stated in Romans 1:16 to be THE GOSPEL. Listen to the frightening words of the Apostle Paul in 2nd Thessalonians 1:8,9 to all Christ-rejecters, "In flaming fire taking vengeance on them that know not God, and that obey not the gospel of our Lord Jesus Christ: Who shall be punished with everlasting destruction..." Clearly, the determination of whether a person is forgiven or not is based upon his or her acceptance or rejection of the Gospel of Jesus Christ; and not, upon the whims of some earthly pompous Lutheran minister or Catholic priest. You had better obey the Gospel, and not the Lutheran or Catholic religion. NO Pope or priest can forgive your sins. You've been lied to. Matthew 6:15 plainly teaches that God will not forgive anyone who refuses to forgive another; yet, Catholic priests claim that John 20:23 gives them the right and power to deny forgiveness to whomsoever they choose. Clearly, John 20:23 is referring to something else.
Will Ye Hate Me Because I Tell You the Truth?
As pictured to the left, John the Baptist was beheaded by Herod for speaking our uncompromisingly against his adulterous affair with his brother's wife (Herodias). Herodias hated John so much that she wanted him dead, and that's exactly what happened. The Apostle Paul declares in Galatians 4:16, "Am I therefore become your enemy, because I tell you the truth?" It's ironic, I receive many hateful e-mails from professed Catholic "Christians" who criticize me for preaching the Word of God. The sad truth is that most Catholics don't read or study the Bible, they just trust what their priest tells them. Psalm 118:8 states, "It is better to trust in the LORD than to put confidence in man." You'd better stop trusting the words of religious men, and start following the Word of God. Jesus made some very pertinent statements in Mark Chapter 7 regarding religions which teach the commandments of men over the Word of God. We read in Mark 7:7, "Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men." And again in Mark 7:13 we read, "Making the word of God of none effect through your tradition..." And then Jesus says in Mark 7:16, "If any man have ears to hear, let him hear." Do you know why Jesus made this statement? Because there are millions of people in this world who hear the Truth of God's Word day-after-day; but totally IGNORE it, following the traditions and commandments of men instead. Listen friend, I don't care how sincere you are, you are going to split Hell wide open when you die if you DIE IN YOUR SINS (John 8:24). That's the big issue here. You DON'T need religion to go to Heaven; you need to have your sins forgiven, and that can only happen through Jesus Christ. The priest or minister CANNOT forgive your sins. They may twist and pervert the Word of God to make you think they can forgive sins; but they cannot! 1st Timothy 2:5 adamantly declares that Jesus Christ is the only MEDIATOR between men and God, "For there is one God, and one mediator between God and men, the man Christ Jesus." The Catholic priest or Lutheran Minister who claims to have God-given power to forgive sin is a LIAR! Mark 2:7 declares, "...who can forgive sins but God only?" The ONLY way to have your sins forgiven is by trusting in the blood which Christ shed for you to pay for your sins. Colossians 1:14 declares, "In whom we have redemption through his blood, even the forgiveness of sins."
I am telling you the Truth of God's Word friend, not just something I made up. Search through the Word of God yourself, even your own Catholic Douay version, and you'll find that you've been utterly lied to. You've been lied to concerning everything from Purgatory (which is NOT found in the Bible) to calling the priest "Father" (which is clearly condemned in Matthew 23:9). Catholicism is a prison-house of religion! I pray by God's grasp that you'll COME OUT of the the snare of the Devil...

The Great Whore of the Catholic Church will take you to hell with them if you're foolish enough to follow them. Don't do it. Salvation is NOT found in a religion, but in a Person--the Lord Jesus Christ! You need Christianity friend, NOT churchianity.
