Another popular website that attempts to blame Bible-believing evangelicals for young people leaving churches today is Immoral Minority. The article is titled, Young People Abandon Evangelical Churches In Droves (large webpage, takes a minute to load). The Immoral Minority website is obviously pro-homosexual, pro-evolution and pro-wickedness against the LORD.
The website blames Bible-believing Christians who preach against the sin of homosexuality and lesbianism for driving today's youth out of the churches...
"When asked by The Barna Group what words or phrases best describe Christianity, the top response among Americans ages 16-29 was “antihomosexual.” For a staggering 91 percent of non-Christians, this was the first word that came to their mind when asked about the Christian faith. The same was true for 80 percent of young churchgoers. (The next most common negative images? : “judgmental,” “hypocritical,” and “too involved in politics.”)
In the book that documents these findings, titled unChristian, David Kinnaman writes:
“The gay issue has become the ‘big one, the negative image most likely to be intertwined with Christianity’s reputation. It is also the dimensions that most clearly demonstrates the unchristian faith to young people today, surfacing in a spate of negative perceptions: judgmental, bigoted, sheltered, right-wingers, hypocritical, insincere, and uncaring. May I say, the real reason why today's youth are abandoning evangelical churches is because THEY DON'T WANT TO BE EVANGELIZED!!! The Bible warned that in the Last Days, people would become apostate and refuse to hear SOUND DOCTRINE. Instead, they seek out false teachers to tell them what they want to hear...
2nd Timothy 4:2-4, “Preach the word; be instant in season, out of season; reprove, rebuke, exhort with all longsuffering and doctrine. For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears; And they shall turn away their ears from the truth, and shall be turned unto fables.”
If today's unsaved and rebellious youth want to hear a minister tell them that it's ok to be a homosexual, have abortions, get drunk, fornicate and live any way that you want without God, then there are plenty of reprobate churches for you to attend. Albeit, the Word of God condemns you for your wickedness whether you like it or not. You can abandon church, but you can't abandon one day having to stand before God on Judgment Day...
Ecclesiastes 12:7 and 14, “Then shall the dust return to the earth as it was: and the spirit shall return unto God who gave it. ... For God shall bring every work into judgment, with every secret thing, whether it be good, or whether it be evil.”
No one can escape the judgment of God in eternity. Everyone must die, for the wages of sin is death (Romans 6:23). Here again is a quote from the Immoral Minority website. Notice, sadly, that in the last paragraph that the reason why many youth are allegedly leaving churches today is because they don't want anyone telling them how to live their lives...

David Kinnaman, the 38-year-old president of the Barna Group, an evangelical research firm, is the latest to sound the alarm. In his new book, "You Lost Me: Why Young Christians Are Leaving Church and Rethinking Faith," he says that 18- to 29-year-olds have fallen down a "black hole" of church attendance. There is a 43% drop in Christian church attendance between the teen and early adult years, he says.
I'm not surprised. These young dropouts value the sense of community their churches provide but are tired of being told how they should live their lives. It's
is a frightening thing to fall into the hands of God my friend (Hebrews
10:31). God is not playing games with you, nor anyone else. If you die in
your sins, you will go straight to Hell forever and ever. Jesus Christ is
the way, the truth and the life. Only by faith in the death, burial
and resurrection of Jesus Christ can anyone be saved. That
is the Gospel (1st Corinthians 15:1-4 - All references are to the King
James Bible only). Galatians 3:26, “For ye are all the children of
God by faith in Christ Jesus.”
It is because of a lack of Bible teaching that America has become so evil, reckless and apostate. Romans 10:17 plainly teaches, “So then faith cometh by hearing, and hearing by the word of God.” When the U.S. Supreme Court arrogantly and sinfully banned the Bible and prayer from our schools in 1963, they sealed America's death. It was the nails-in-our-coffin as a nation!
All of today's problems in America are rooted in a lack of faith in God. After a few generations of youth growing up without the Word of God, they have no moral compass. Today's adults are spiritually lost at sea, floating around in desperation trying to find direction, sinking left and right into the ocean of doubt and despair. We've lost our way in America. Psalms 119:105 says that the Word of God is a Lamp unto our feet. Americans are walking in total darkness, not knowing where they are walking. The blind are leading the blind, both falling into a deep ditch.
The answer to life's problems is so easy. The Words of God were given to each human being, individually, so we can decide individually for our self whether we are going to obey God or doubt God. Hebrews 11:6 says only BY FAITH is it possible to please God. Without faith it is IMPOSSIBLE. Why have there been 53,000,000 abortions? It is because of a lack of faith in God. Faith is what causes us to obey the Bible. It was by faith that Noah moved with fear and built an ark. Likewise, it is by fear that we depart from sin, seek God's face of blessing, and live for the things of Jesus Christ. Faith is everything! People today don't have faith in God.
Most importantly is that you and I have faith in the Gospel. This is the only way to be saved and have eternal life. If you acknowledge your guilt of sin for breaking God's Commandments (Romans 3:19-23). If you believe that Jesus is the Christ, the only begotten Son of God (John 3:16; 20:31). If you receive Christ's death, burial and resurrection as payment for your debt of sins, then you are saved my friend (Acts 10:43; 1st Corinthians 15:1-4).
Young people aren't leaving churches because of the teachings against homosexuality. That's a lie of Satan. Young people can't leave something that they've never been a part of. Homosexuals would have us to believe that churches who preach the Word as 2nd Timothy 3:2 commands are going to go broke, being punished for not embracing the gay movement. Let me tell you, I don't care if you have only ten church members, that's still acceptable to God if you're PREACHING THE WORD as He commanded...

Do you see that? PREACH THE WORD!!! Churches ought to exalt the Savior, evangelize the sinner and edify the saints. If homosexuals or youth won't come to a church because of the preaching of the Word, then they can go to Hell the Bible says. 1st Corinthians 16:22, “If any man love not the Lord Jesus Christ, let him be Anathema Maranatha.” If young people won't come to righteousness and truth, then let them go to the Devil; but we're not going to bring Rock music into the church and embrace lesbianism to boost church attendance.
If God doesn't apologize for His bluntness and the offensive harshness of His Word, then neither should we. Evil people are continually changing and corrupting the Bible to cater to the gender, lesbian, feminist agendas of our generation. It is evil wickedness, an abomination unto the Lord. America has been defiled by the blood of 53,000,000 aborted babies. Our nation has been polluted by the shed blood of millions of murders, which have not been avenged with the death penalty. The Bible mandates capital punishment. The lack thereof in America has polluted our nation.
The Bible teaches that only by blood for blood can the land be cleansed. Numbers 35:33, “So ye shall not pollute the land wherein ye are: for blood it defileth the land: and the land cannot be cleansed of the blood that is shed therein, but by the blood of him that shed it.” America today is woefully polluted with murder, adultery, homosexuality, drunkenness, pornography and idolatry. Woe unto our nation!
