It's a dangerous game. To try and use the charter to defend yourself, the defense will be section 1 where they can justify taking away your rights because there's a "pandemic".
This is a federal matter Bill of Rights directly applies.

The standoff is happening at the Alberta border so gathering on the US side can also be effective. And I directed it for those who may be closer to the area or passing by. These truckers at the Alberta border need additional numbers or they need to decide to re-route and find a way to join the larger group. They may be at risk of being dismantled because they're numbers might not be large enough.

The largest volume of semi truck traffic on a normal day traveling from west coast to east coast goes down Old Route 66 starting at the farms in the world's salad bowl in Salinas, California and going to the markets on the east coast which includes I-40/I-44/I-70. If you want the absolute largest volume of trucker traffic this is the route they go.

I am a registered nurse from NY state that didn't take it and now I haven't been employed since August. I have yet to hear any decision from nys unemployment. I went from being a hero to a dirtbag! All because I wouldn't take an experimental vaccine! My mother took the vaccine against my advice she now suffers from heart failure! During both of my pregnancies with my 2 children I suffered from blood clots throughout my legs. This in turn tells you I am at a high risk for blood clots. I do have asthma and chronic bronchitis which are co morbidities. I had covid I am still alive so I have natural immunity this was not considered. First time in history this has not been considered to be honest. I never received the chicken pox vaccine because I had chicken pox so I had natural immunity. I have 2 children they're young.. They are school age children they need me to be here for them to care for them, more than I need $80,000.00 a year! It is only money!!! I could potentially be harmed from the vaccine due to my past history. I understand the TV was scaring a lot of people and telling people they were going to die. Therefore people ran out to get this vaccine as fast as they could. People did this out of fear. I was working on the front lines without the proper PPE. Therefore us nurses weren't as scared what do we have to be scared of we were in every day and we are still alive! This vaccine isn't for everyone and that's why people want a choice. So please don't feel like people are here to treat you any different. We just want freedom to choose!!!! We want our children unmasked!!!! THIS IS AMERICA 🇺🇸!!!! You were free I was free all of us were free!!! OUR CHILDREN WILL BE FREE TOO!!

This is what the critters do. Secondly, I thought about schools of fish (sorry, I'm a wildlife biologist by education) You can clearly see and track the elderly lady wearing a pink top. What if, like a school of fish, or a herd of zebra, people were wearing similar attire? I think that is also one of the reason antifa wears black. But also think about the lime green vests the French wore at their protests. This is probably more applicable for Ottawa and other large gathering, but who knows? I can not confirm that. I do not have that information. I do know Remdesivir shuts the kidneys down and cost over 2000.00 a dose. I was told this price by a pharmacist in the hospital. Many people have died do to the treatment of Remdesivir. Studies showed Remdesivir was only effective in the first 3 days. Well we have no way of knowing or really telling how long you have or haven't been sick, therefore it shouldn't be given at all. I will give you a scenario when a patient is brought in with a stroke we ask a very, very important question and it is when was the person last seen acting like themselves? We ask this because we only have a three hour time limit. We wouldn't give it after three hours because it could cause more harm then good for the patient. Patients were being classified as covid deaths that weren't even covid deaths. I know a person that was DOA(dead on arrival) motorcycle accident death certificate stated COVID19. I could write a book!

Even if a state has a ban a vax mandates there are employers that are mandating them. Same with schools still make masks a mandate for kids even though there is a no mask mandate. Pat has been working tirelessly on logistics in the Ottawa convoy. No one says he is the organizer nor leader of the movement, especially not him. He has been embraced by the indigenous peoples and given their blessing for fighting to return freedom to all peoples. I have wondered why this has not happened for months now. I think it’s a great idea but I also think that it’s a great idea to shut down every capital of every state. Especially the blue states. There are enough truckers to line the border and still enough truckers to shut down this country. The only risk I see at the border is the cartel shooting truckers and destroying their trucks because I don’t think our government would protect anyone down there. @Johnharley77 I’m pretty sure that there’s always been a lane open downtown in front of parliament for emergency vehicles. There was even a pregnant woman in labor on Saturday to put this to the test. The police barricaded that part of the convoy in last friday or Saturday to allow for traffic to enter the government buildings for work. I don’t believe that it’s a “Trojan horse”. In the end it is sticking together and doing what you can do to win this. Whether that is driving a truck, feeding or fueling truckers, donating to truckers or lawyers defending truckers, or trying to persuade politicians to do the right thing. I think the easiest way to make an effective statement is have people protest in their own local area. I live around Pittsburgh and I drove to DC for the original defeat the mandates march on Jan 23. I can’t do that all the time though because I live alone and have animals to care for but I could probably drive to Harrisburg or Pittsburgh most days and participate in something. Otherwise I’m not sure what I could do. If we focus on keeping local people protesting in their home areas I think we could get higher numbers. Most people can’t completely uproot their lives for weeks at a time even if they do want to support. Most have to focus on their immediate needs like eating and paying bills and protesting takes a second place to putting food on the table.

The only federal mandate that remains are for healthcare because of CMS/HHS funding and federal employees, military, etc. City/State governments can implement their own mandates for their employees, or not. Same for private employers.

There was a National press release last Monday by People’s and Freedom convoys that they have officially merged. Apparently that was a joke. I think Freedom Convoy had all intentions of merging and working together but it seems the other group never had good intentions of the merge and has blocked Freedom out.

What do we do?
Don't walk into an ambush, instead go to all the state capitols and circle the wagons.
This eases the issue of resupply and rotation of personnel and equipment without putting all our eggs in the same basket.
This also is a force multiplier in that local supporters will have an easier time coming to help protest, bring food, fuel or simply come to dance, shake hands, spread the love like Canada's best has given as an example.
We've seen how the media can ignore a single protest in various countries, but there's no dodging over 50 simultaneous protests.
I'm just throwing this out in hopes my observations help make the protests a success.

Im in Texas it’s I-40 Panhandle I-20 or I-30 for Dallas/Fort Worth I-10 San Antonio S.TX 281N/I-69 to the I-10 everyone will be on interstate headed east. I am also confused. I’m randomly getting banned from my local convoy groups and have never even interacted. We’re a trucking family and would like to get involved but it’s looking like doing so means we’d have to donate to antifa and deal with the constant whining from “Patriots” who are far more worried about their supply chain than their freedom. Linda-Kansas supporter. I DO have concerns that we would be requested to "share routes" on this channel now. That give anyone else the heebie jeebies??? (And now I have a 15 min timer on my comments. CB's are excellent local ground communication, and quite important I agree, but we really need people to learn how to run HAM radio systems... we can create a HAM internet that allows us to use internet functions, even if they shut the cell towers and electricity off. Share documents, send crypto, email, etc. If you can power and laptop and a radio, you can participate in this "HAM internet", which you can do with a stock SUV, minivan, or light truck without concerning yourself with the power consumption all that much.
