I just replied on Ottawa and she said she has friends their and said it had turned. I sent back possibly people paid to cause trouble and harm like the did in U.S and London last year. I am so very glad that the truckers started this. It has been a very long two years. So much divisive policies on the part of the governments. Families infighting over personal decisions. Loosing friends. Co workers yelling at coworkers to take the jab. Intimidation by employers. Mandates. Enough is enough. I just want freedom back in Canada. The past two years has not represented what Canada is about. So many Canadians from so many walks of life helping and supporting the truckers along the way. I have felt very alone during the past year. But these past couple of days I realize I am not completely alone. Look at all the Canadians standing up for freedom. It is like a release. I hope the end result is what we all want.โค๏ธ

I was at the protest all day today. I saw thousands of happy people showing each other nothing but love and support. Everyone was getting along unbelievable well. People not part of the protest were walking past and through completely unbothered and unimpeded. Now I get home to see this garbage from the CBC claiming there were swastikas, public urination, disrespect, violence, etc. The Citizen posted a similar garbage article making claims which I never saw one example of the entire day, and I walked from one end of the protest to the other several times. We asked cops if they had any issues and with a smile they said "None at all". Now I know the CBC has no shame, but this is utterly disgusting. Not a single persone WHO WAS THERE can say they witnessed anything but peaceful interactions and solidarity among Canadians.

This is a seige . Look up the history of how they changed history. Maybe if there were some incidents they happened outside the main protest by some agitators? I don't know. But I agree, seeing and hearing the children sing was amazing! They finally got a chance to see peoples full faces and interact with people the way they were meant.

So this is all kinds of wrong! Not only is this is a peaceful protest (so not breaking any laws) but the police have blocked this portion of the convoy in (front and back) with snow plows. About 250 trucks from the prairies some with young children, some with dogs.

They don't have access to fuel to keep their trucks running for heat, and volunteers have to hike in to bring food but they can't reach all of them. The police are not allowing them to leave their trucks or to turn around. They are holding them hostage.

It's so frustrating to see a protest so full of unity, solidarity, and love for fellow Canadians being slandered by the national broadcaster. As the national broadcaster, the CBC should be UNITING people. As should Trudeau. I've never seen this country put in such a disastrous and sad state by any Prime Minister up until now. It was actually very refreshing while at this protest to see how Canadians can come together. I knew this would be a tough fight once the truckers parked at Trudeau's Truck Stop. That is my uncle. He was the trucker with 'different words'. I'm extremely proud of him. I get people are paranoid with good cause. But suspecting someone being a 'rat' because they want knowledge to arm themselves and refute people bashing them...

I did as much research as I could. Again feel free to look me up on Facebook. Today I stood up and told everyone my stance and got a lot of flak from 'friends'. I'm glad I'm not alone but there are many like me trying to support, inform, and fight from the sidelines because we cannot be there ourselves like we want to be. For me it was get the vaccine or you cannot go to college. They told all the doctors not to give exemptions for anything but myocarditis or anaphylaxis. I had to go to a commissioner of oaths to get an exemption letter signed, research rights and freedoms and while my doctor was willing to write a note she said they'd been rejected for other patients. I am chronically ill following Gardasil and DTAP. Got Guillain Barre after the latter and inflammation so bad they thought that I had infection in my brain and was going to die. Bedridden 3 months after Gardasil.

My friend was told she had 70% chance of death due to her heart and blood clotting disorder, I was told not to get another vaccine unless I was going to die without it or risk my health and life. They don't care. They want to mandate all to get it, 'or else'. It's no choice, being in fear of the future.

For most people here, we were turned down if we tried getting exemptions and I do hold a mixture of Christian and Buddhist beliefs so stated that. I firmly believe my doctor, neurologist and cardiologist when they say no more vaccines or you may die. I have had nightmares about being held down and force vaccinated and being bedridden again.

I've had people throwing things at me and though I've tried hard to research myself to refute it the media is putting out only garbage--as you all know--and I fight with truth and facts. I definitely did use that in my arguments. Today I finally got the courage to make two long posts on Facebook to stand up, share my stance and why I feel that way. I got sick to my stomach seeing people on my feed keep bashing the convoy and calling people I consider heroes 'white supremists' as well as saying the leaders are and have an alternative agenda. So I posted on my FB and people definitely came at me. It has been hard. I have some friends fully supporting the convoy like myself but many people are just...sheep. Believe the MSM and keep parroting. I got dogpiled for speaking up for our cause in a group conversation on one of my Discord groups.

It's further up, I was trying to prove people wrong who are coming at me about the leaders of the convoy being 'white supremists' and me a supporter of racism and white supremacy. I managed to stick up for Tamara Lich because I could find a little on her but my ignorance about what any of them have been up to or were involved in I know would mean they could try and throw that in my face. I don't care if anyone wanted to separate to do better for their provinces, for instance. That has nothing to do with this fight. And doesn't make her a supremist or racist. I could not find appropriate information for the other people they brought up because the MSM is throwing out only bad stuff that is probably twisted.

Thank you @MichelePatriot I was fearful to say anything...but in remaining silent I am going against the very thing I am proud of this convoy for fighting for...so I spoke up three times today. It never ended well for me so I wanted to gather more information to refute their hateful comments.

@Luvlyless you're very brave! I have only started to speak up but I'm mostly alone. I have my uncle and his gf on the same page, and a few friends. But not many. About 3 total and then just those who are content to stay back and watch and silently root for the convoy...which had been me until now. I 100% have been polite, kind and loving to all...even those who responded very nastily. I am going to look through everything, yes. College is crazy busy so I have not had a ton of time, sadly, to do as much as I want.

Ess I got called a rat for asking questions...I understand I came in with them but it has been such a long day I was just dying to get some information to reply to those hating on me and the convoy. ๐Ÿ˜ž

And oh my goodness @trust_YHWH I am so, so sorry. I live in constant fear of losing my college education and of being force jabbed. Constant nightmares. Anxiety through the roof. Basically I am immunicompromised, vaccine injured 2x badly but at least 3x that I know of. I almost died twice. Health destroyed. This is my ultimate nightmare...forced vaccination. Forced mandates.

I think we've all had frustrations trying to convince others who don't want to know. Try not to get too far into the weeds explaining details of the convoy. Instead focus on the core message: we are PRO freedom of choice for all Canadians. If people want to argue against free choice it is much harder for them.

B4 I go the only thing that might come to light on stranded drivers is trucks stuck at the back, if a truck shuts off in cold temp the fuel gels up and it's hard on batteries, but a trucker surrounded by truckers or a 4wheeler needing help I'm sure everyone will be looking out for each other look out for the ones further at the back of the convoy, God Speed and thank a trucker.
