FW: I have 2 long haulers, my son and hubby, so proud of them both. Trucks move this country!
I send my thanks to each of you for the hours, days, weeks and months spent alone on the big road. A truckers life is no glamorous life and It takes special men and women to do the job, it is not a job for a (insert word here) and there is a hell of a lot more to it than sitting in a seat driving. All Hats off to the steel riding cowboys!!!
It takes an even stronger woman to deal with this life. God bless yaโจ๐ฅฐ

Our prayers to God are not unlike our requests of men. Our prayers are based in a relationship, as Jesus points out in Matthew 7:8.
If a child asks his father for something the father knows to be hurtful, the request is denied. The child may be frustrated and unhappy when he doesnโt get what he asked for, but he should trust his father. Conversely, when the child asks for something that the father knows is beneficial, the father will provide it eagerly because he loves his child.
God will always give us good things. Our job is to understand what is good, so that we know what to ask for.

A potential strike and delay of all goods and services delivered by Truck today at 3pm, Friday, Jan 21 sounds imminent.
Seaspan Ferries who transport majority of Trucks and cargo to Vancouver Island have been deemed essential, till now! BC govt. deeming only food and medical supplies as essential, all else is not.
> Usual 16-20 loaded Truck trailers shipped to the Island daily would be reduced to 4 trailers per day by ferry โ Reduction to 30%.

Personally, Iโve never had any problems at London Drugs. I was not aware that they forced death and illness onto their employees via jabs and now all vendors to.

I know this may be a different area all together, but School district #23 will be holding a zoom this Wednesday to apparently vote for or against to mandate the pass for their staff. This VERY MAY set the stage for other districts staff, then eventually kids. Not good at all.

David had been betrayed by one of his best friends and his soul was in deep distress. He was restless and complaining, oppressed by wicked men and distracted by a multitude of threats from his evil enemies. He was overwhelmed by trouble, broken-hearted with grief, anguished in heart and in deep emotional distress.
Like many believers today, David was fearful of his growing number of enemies, overwhelmed by his many troubles, and sinking into a bottomless slough of despondโฆ
Today we too are increasingly overwhelmed by terrors and threats without, which cause many fears and fainting within.. but throughout the Word of God we are reminded not to fear, for the Lord our God is with us.
