Benny Hinn EXPOSED!
It's hard to believe that anyone would give a dime to Pastor Benny Hinn, but many people still haven't been told the truth. These videos are irrefutable evidence that Benny Hinn is a bad man. Please get the word out. Benny Hinn was publicly exposed as a thieving charlatan by NBC Nightline. You've got to see this...

Here's another lengthy documentary exposing Benny Hinn Ministries...
Due to public outcry, and I'm certain hefty lost revenues, Benny Hinn has defended himself on his website by providing answers to TOP 20 QUESTIONS CONCERNING FINANCIAL STEWARDSHIP. Here is question 11 and Benny Hinn's answer:
11. Does the ministry make public its annual financials or publish an audited financial report? If so, how is this information made available? If not, why not?
As mentioned previously, on www.BennyHinn.org we openly publish both general financial information... and specialized miracle crusade and missionary outreach reports which detail what the ministry is doing around the world with the gifts invested by our partners.
However, mindful of the fact that both corporate and ministry financial reports can be manipulated by unscrupulous people with unsavory agendas, and in accordance with the regulations set forth by our Board of Directors, we do not publicize itemized annual financials or produce and distribute annual financial reports to the general public.
According to their lie chart (I mean "pie" chart), which can be viewed here, Benny Hinn Ministries breaks down their 2006 finances like this:
- 52% for Media Ministry
- 35% for International Missions and Crusades
- 8% for Ministry Administrative Support
- 5% for Ministry Development
In sharp contrast, here's the Budgeted Expense Report for the First Baptist Church [FBC] of Diboll, Texas...
FBC breaks down their finances to the point of showing that the Nursery Director received $127.50 and $60 went to Pineywoods Encampment. Now that's financial accountability, because each of those items can be specifically questioned and accounted for.
In contrast, Benny Hinn states that he doesn't want to itemize his finances because both corporate and ministry financial reports can be manipulated by unscrupulous people with unsavory agendas. Would it matter Mr. Hinn? If your ministry is spending the Lord's money wisely then there shouldn't be a problem. What expenditures are you worried about that might be "manipulated"? From the investigation done by NBC Nightline, showing that you paid $10,000 to stay in The Presidential Suite of a hotel for one night, I can see why you are reluctant to itemize your ministries' expenses.
Hinn is deceitful. He claims that 52% of contributions to his ministry went for “media ministry” in 2006. Folks that alone amounts to over $50,000,000!!! Hinn took in over $100,000,000 last year. Benny Hinn refuses to tell us where that money is going. The money could have been spent on ANYTHING, under the umbrella of “media ministry.” Where does Hinn's ten-thousand-dollar-a-night hotel rooms fit into Hinn's ministry expense breakdown pie-chart? They should rename it to a “LIE CHART” for Benny's ministry finances.
Benny Hinn rakes in the money from healing meetings. Since the money is too good, they're going to keep swindling people for the money. The Bible calls it filthy lucre. The love of money is the root of all evil. The money business is a filthy business. People drive from all around the North American continent, literally travelling cross-continent from the USA way up into Canada, just to see and hear Benny Hinn, hoping for a miracle which never comes. God heals in response to the prayer of faith, and not in responsive to Charismatic crusades that charge admission fees and make tens-of-millions of dollars in profits. God's power is not for sale.
The NBC DATELINE series goes into detail, explaining how the crowd becomes MESMERIZED by the influence (hypnosis) of the music, Hinn's suave voice, charlatan antics, the slick way he dresses, his gray-styled hair do, hand-on-touching of people coming to be healed, and great speaking ability, et cetera. Benny Hinn creates false hope and misguided zeal. Many of the people coming for healing have been trained for years in Charismatic circles how to behave to certain stimuli. They know how to play along. It's all entertainment of the Devil.
"But there were false prophets also among the people, even as there shall be false teachers among you, who privily shall bring in damnable heresies, even denying the Lord that bought them, and bring upon themselves swift destruction. And many shall follow their pernicious ways; by reason of whom the way of truth shall be evil spoken of. And through covetousness shall they with feigned words make merchandise of you: whose judgment now of a long time lingereth not, and their damnation slumbereth not." —2nd Peter 2:1-3
Benny Hinn's Ecumenical Gospel
Benny Hinn ministries took in over $100,000,000 last year alone. Listen to what Hinn said concerning Pope John Paul II after his death,
“Pope John Paul II pointed millions to Jesus Christ when he was Pope. And I believe we're in for the greatest move of the Spirit of God on this planet."
—BENNY HINN (Benny Hinn: The Impact of the Pope's Death, By Chris Mitchell, Middle East Bureau Chief, CBN.com).
What? The Pope pointing people to Jesus? Hinn is a false prophet! Pope John Paul II pointed billions of people to MARY!!!Pope John Paul II pointed people to himself, to the Catholic priests, to the Seven sacraments, to religion, to Mary; BUT, not to Jesus Christ. You cannot point people to Jesus Christ while simultaneously teaching the traditions of men. John 4:24 plainly teaches that God must be worshipped in TRUTH, not the traditions of men. What a deception!!! This is why Christ said in Mark 7:7...
"Howbeit in vain do they worship me, teaching for doctrines the commandments of men."
Deceptively, Benny Hinn presents the Gospel of Jesus Christ on his website. Benny Hinn also teaches that there are NINE members to the Godhead. Hinn is very deceptive. If you look at Benny Hinn's website, you might be totally convinced that he's a born again Christian. Yet, Hinn's life contradicts his statements. If a famous preacher claimed to believe in freedom and America; but then you find out that he was a member of the Communist Party at the SAME time, what would you think? That man is Martin Luther King Jr. Would you believe his words about freedom? No! Likewise, Benny Hinn presents the Gospel on his website; but, then praises the Pope, recognizes Our Lady of Fatima (Mary) as legitimate, partakes of transubstantiation (Catholic holy communion), and promotes Catholicism—The biggest cult on earth!
