       What are we gonna do? What are we gonna do? Pastor Steven Anderson is out of control! I mean, he's starting churches all over the country. And he's actually gone as far as to inspire and organize soulwinning marathons nationwide! What are we gonna do? Something's got to be done! Brother Anderson is making a difference, and if we don't do something, thousands more souls are going to be converted!!! What are we gonna do?

Faithful Word Baptist Church is rapidly growing! They are likely going to need a much bigger strip mall, and tear out some more walls. What are we gonna do? Pastor Anderson said they are going to, “Rent until Jesus comes?” Can you believe it? What are we gonna do? The church is growing too fast and if we don't do something, they'll become unstoppable! The Pharisees also worried that Jesus might get everyone saved! John 11:48, “If we let him thus alone, all men will believe on him: and the Romans shall come and take away both our place and nation.” If we don't do something quickly, Pastor Anderson and his church may lead everyone to believe on Jesus Christ, and then the liberals will come and burn down our churches! What are we gonna do?

Pastor Anderson's YouTube channels are influencing hundreds of thousands of people for righteousness! Too many people are coming to Christ for salvation! What are we gonna do? The numbers could even reach into the millions! What are we gonna do? People are leaving their home towns to relocate to Tempe, Arizona, to be a part of Steven Anderson's growing and exciting soulwinning ministry at the Faithful Word Baptist Church! What are we gonna do? What are we gonna do? No one else is doing this! No one else is having that kind of influence. No one else is rising head and shoulders above the crowd. What are we gonna do?

Women are dressing like ladies, being virtuous, and becoming responsible wives and mothers. Men are dedicating their lives to serve God and becoming responsible husbands and fathers. Children are obeying their parents in the Lord. Marriages are succeeding, families are being built, lives are being shaped. What are we gonna do? Doesn't anyone want to do something about this? I certainly do! I am definitely going to do something! Yes, I am!

I mean, Pastor Anderson is so offensive that he is hated everywhere he goes! We must do something! You can almost feel the hatred from his critics. What are we gonna do about this troublesome guy? Something has got to be done! In fact, Steven Anderson so far has been banned from entering 34 countries. Canada has banned him! Jamaica has banned Pastor Anderson! Can you believe it, a wonderful little liberal island like Jamaica! Hey, I'll tell you something, 94 people signed a petition, trying to get Pastor Anderson banned from entering Mexico. They are tired of Pastor Steven Anderson's homophobia and hateful preaching. New Zealand has banned him! What are we gonna do about it? Even South Africa and the United Kingdom have banned him! What are we gonna do about this? Something needs to be done, and it does!

Pastor Anderson has been banned by the African government from traveling to South Africa and Botswana. In fact, Steven Anderson is not even allowed to have a connecting flight in London, to pass through. And Brother Anderson said their blood would be upon their own heads! What are we gonna do! What are we gonna do? This guy is out of control. He is preaching hard against sin, exposing homosexuality as something evil and sickening, and influencing people around the world to repent toward God and believe the Gospel. What is going to be done about this intense hatred of sin? What are we gonna do?

And furthermore, Steven Anderson already has ten children, and he says more are likely on the way. What are we gonna do? His children are following in their father's footsteps. What are we gonna do?

In fact, Pastor Anderson is worse than you knew! What are we gonna do? Pastor Anderson thinks that liberal colleges make women stupid. We must do something about this! Pastor Anderson thinks that pedophiles should be executed by the courts, and that homosexuality ought to be a punishable crime by death. What are we gonna do? Pastor Anderson bashes Roman Catholicism. What are we gonna do about it? All across America people are destroying their lives by covetousness, drugs and sexual immorality. Pastor Anderson is telling people through his preaching that they ought not live that way. Clearly, this fiery Baptist pastor doesn't respect people's right to choose to live any way they want, he says only God has that right to tell us how to live! What are we going to do about this intrusion of people's rights to live in sin? Pastor Anderson believes that it is his God-given duty as a preacher to cry aloud against all forms of sin, false teaching and wickedness. What are we gonna do about it?

Pastor Anderson keeps telling people who don't believe the Good News of Jesus Christ that they are going to burn in Hell. That offends a lot of people! What are we gonna do about it? Millions of people have already been offended by Pastor Anderson, and they want him to go away permanently. So we need to do something! The liberal newsmedia hate him. The homosexual community despise him. Atheists can't stand him. Couples who are shacking-up in these modern trendy times, instead of getting married as they did in the old days, are upset at his preaching against fornication as a sin. Pastor Anderson does not go along with the new trends of our generation. Something needs to be done! This guy is offending everybody. The whole world is coming down on him in anger, intolerant of Pastor Anderson's angry preaching against sin and evil, and something needs to be done on our part. All of us need to do something!

I mean, look at this effeminate person's YouTube video attacking Pastor Anderson, criticizing him for everything from refuting Zionism to saying that executing homos is the cure for A.I.D.S.! What are we gonna do? We have to do something!!! We cannot reasonably just sit back and not get involved, we must do something! Yes, we MUST do something. ...

So here's what I am gonna do: I am going to fully support Pastor Steven L. Anderson and his soulwinning ministry, and if you don't, you're the loser!

All around the sinful world, fundamentalist Bible preachers are under relentless attack! I have taken some heat from immature web visitors for supporting Pastor Steven Anderson's ministry. I make no apologies, nor do I follow afar off at a distance. I love, admire and support Steven Anderson, who is doing more today to win souls to Jesus Christ than any man in America!

THE ROOT OF THE MATTER (a classic MP3 by Dr. Hyles; Let's just get right with God tonight!)

Dr. Hyles once preached a beautiful classic sermon called, “The Root of The Matter!” In the sermon he talks about how we simply need to GET RIGHT WITH GOD! That is the root of the matter! As a nation, we cannot correct the plant without correcting the root. If you don't get the root right, you cannot get the plant right! You'll never solve the problem by facing the problem! You've got to deal with the ROOT of the problem. The root of the matter is SOULWINNING! Unless a church is a soulwinning church, it has to die! Feeding the poor is a means to an end, but the great end of the Church is reaching as may souls as possible for the Lord Jesus Christ. The job of the Church is to get folks converted, to get people born-again! That is the ROOT of the matter, reaching men for God. That is what Steven Anderson is faithfully doing.

If you don't see the good in what Pastor Anderson is accomplishing, then it is only because you lack spiritual discernment. One of the reasons why I fully support Pastor Anderson is because I have been around for a while. I have been saved now for 39 YEARS!!! Wow! In that time I have seen how the world mistreats Christians and especially Bible preachers! Dr. Jack Hyles (1926-2001) was a fiery young preacher, in a lot of ways like Pastor Steven Anderson. They are both highly opinionated, outspoken, underdogs, passionate, aggressive and determined! Dr. Hyles made many enemies because of his style of preaching. Some enemies shot at him while jogging.

At First Baptist Church of Hammond, there was a big clear bulletproof shield in the center balcony, to prevent a would-be assassin from shooting Dr. Hyles. Death threats against Brother Hyles, his staff and family were common! Pastor Anderson has received the same death threats. The big difference between then and now, is that homosexuality was still a punishable crime in all 50 states in American society in 1962, whereas in June of 2015 homosexual marriages became legalized in all 50 states! It is sick! it is sick! It is sick!

Pastor Steven Anderson is up against an ungodly nation of hardened sinners in 2018, that Dr. Jack Hyles' generation never had to face. The crimes that people read about in the daily news back in the 1960's and 1970's, pale in comparison to the horrendous crimes that we read about in the news today. In the old days, brutal killings were pretty much confined to the mob and street gangs, but today we read about local families murdering each other. Things have drastically deteriorated over the past 50 years in the United States. Church attendance is at an all-time low in America! The divorce rate has considerably dropped, simply because couples are shacking-up these days instead of getting married. Illegal drugs are everywhere, I mean everywhere! Substance abuse is epidemic across the nation! A sharp increase in persecution against Bible-preaching Christians is coming! John 16:2, “They shall put you out of the synagogues: yea, the time cometh, that whosoever killeth you will think that he doeth God service.” Already we see this. Multitudes of people around the world think the government is doing God a favor by banning Bible-preaching!

Don't Be Foolish to Only Go By What You Read On the Internet

Anyone with spiritual discernment, who loves THE TRUTH, would have to appreciate and love a guy like Steven Anderson, and I do. What many people foolishly do is search the internet about someone, like Pastor Steven Anderson. By the time they finish reading all the biased slander and criticism, they have worked themselves up into an emotional frenzy, filled with hatred and resentment. And then they conclude that Pastor Anderson is a bad apple, and spew their hatred to me in stupid e-mails. In sharp contrast, I have actually listened to several hundred sermons of Brother Anderson preaching, and it has changed my life! I actually was against Pastor Anderson 10 years ago, but then I started listening to his Bible-preaching out of an insatiable curiosity, because of his punchy, in your face, no nonsense, aggressive style of preaching! I still find myself gravitating toward everything he preaches! That is the power of truth!

What I just said is what has also happened concerning Dr. Jack Hyles' critics. Over 99% of the people who critique and hate Brother Hyles, don't know anything other than what they've read on the internet. They search cyberspace for information on Pastor Jack Hyles (1926-2001), and they form a half-baked, warped, unjust, uninformed, twisted, totally untrue, distorted image of one of the greatest soulwinning men of God who ever lived. In contrast to his many unjust critics, I actually knew Dr. Hyles, and he was a great man in so many respects. But you say, “Well then what do I do? How can I know what to believe about Jack Hyles?” Why do you have to believe anything! What is it your business? Since Dr. Hyles is now in Heaven, you can only go by what information is available, and his sermons, and testimonies from people who knew him. I highly recommend listening to Dr. Hyles' awesome sermons!

I can tell you confidently that you should avoid internet critics, who clearly have an agenda to attack, discredit and destroy! That is what Satan does. John 10:10, “The thief cometh not, but for to steal, and to kill, and to destroy: I am come that they might have life, and that they might have it more abundantly.” My website ministry is here to promote the life-giving Word of God, and the life-giving Gospel of the Lord Jesus Christ, as recorded in His inspired Word. When I look at Pastor Steven Anderson and his ministry work, I see a fruitful vineyard. Critics see every little doctrinal nuance. Critics see a hateful man. I see a man of God who loves righteousness! Critics try to twist the facts and outcast Brother Anderson for preaching a false Gospel. I see a preacher who is off on a few minor doctrines, but is 100% correct on the Gospel and completely sincere.

But you say, “Pastor Anderson is driving people away from Christ with his hateful preaching!” Really? From everything I've seen they can't make space fast enough to accommodate the growing crowds at the church! From everything I've seen, they can't keep up with the growing demand for new churches and soulwinning marathon around the country. From everything I've seen, what Pastor Anderson is doing IS WORKING VERY WELL!!! Don't tell me that he's driving people away from Christ! Soulwinning isn't Steven Anderson's method, it is God's method (Acts 20:20; Matthew 28:19-20; Proverbs 11:30; Mark 16:15). No, the truth is that a critic is a critic, and an unrighteous person is an unrighteous person, and a Christian is a Christian. Revelation 22:11, “He that is unjust, let him be unjust still: and he which is filthy, let him be filthy still: and he that is righteous, let him be righteous still: and he that is holy, let him be holy still.” This is exactly what the Holy Bible is saying. A person who has already chosen to reject Christ and live a wicked life, won't get saved regardless of what you do (Luke 16:31).

The excuse that Christians need to be ecumenical, pacifists and politically correct to win the lost is a bold lie of the Devil. The apostate religious crowd that come to hear Joel Osteen and Rick Warren, would walk out the door and never return if a real man of God stood up behind the pulpit, and told THE TRUTH! 2nd Timothy 4:3, “For the time will come when they will not endure sound doctrine; but after their own lusts shall they heap to themselves teachers, having itching ears.” Pastor Anderson is a hardcore Old Testament prophet type of preacher, and I love it!

What You Hate Reveals What You Love!

We've got a bunch of wannabe theologians on the internet, critics, who have never done anything for God. They've never lifted a finger to help a church, all they do is cast stones, hurl accusations and criticize everything. They seem to have all the answers! Job 12:2, “No doubt but ye are the people, and wisdom shall die with you.” I love God and truth; therefore, I hate every false way! God's Word is truth. John 17:17, “Sanctify them through thy truth: thy word is truth.” Psalms 119:104, “Through thy precepts I get understanding: therefore I hate every false way.” I love preachers who faithfully proclaim the truth!

No one can love soulwinning and hate a diligent soulwinner like Pastor Anderson, even though he is wrong (in my humble opinion) on some minor doctrinal points! God is “not willing that any should perish, but that all should come to repentance” (2nd Peter 3:9). In The Parable of the Sower and the Seeds in Luke 8:11-15, we learn God desires for every Christian, who having “an honest and good heart, having heard the word, keep it, and bring forth fruit with patience.” All the guys attacking Brother Anderson only do so because they love criticizing! They love contending! They love attacking the guy on top! They don't love soulwinning! If they truly loved soulwinning as God does, they'd rejoice with the saints in Heaven in the presence of the angels! Luke 15:10, “Likewise, I say unto you, there is joy in the presence of the angels of God over one sinner that repenteth.”

And I will say this, I feel pure hatred from the critics of Pastor Steven Anderson. They are consumed with hateful rage against God's man. Samson was God's man, but he went with harlots (Judges 16:1). David was God's man, but he murdered Uriah and commit adultery with his wife Bath-Sheba (2nd Samuel 11). Those sins were horrible. God did not approve of those sins. Albeit, God only has sinners to work with! Steven Anderson is not perfect. I don't agree with his hatred of homosexuals, but I 100% agree with his hatred against the sin of homosexuality. Pastor Anderson's critics simply hate HIM, and they are going to continue to overturn every stone to find fault, just like Dr. Hyles' unjust critics did. God sees your heart dear reader. God knows your heart's true intent. Most of the people who slander and critique God's fiery preachers, have spiritual issues, and they are NEVER going to stop criticizing, because they are in a state of being critical. People aren't critics because they criticize, they criticize because they are critics! We are living in an untoward generation of unjust critics! No one is under demonic attack today like the faithful fundamentalist Bible-preacher!!!

Bible Preachers Are Not Responsible for What Nuts Say and Do

May I say, kindly, there are some jerks in the fundamentalist camp among the followers of Pastor Steven Anderson, and he fully understands this, which he readily admits. Dr. Hyles admitted the same thing. I heard Brother Hyles say that there are a few nuts at Hyles-Anderson College. You've got a few nuts in any crowd of people! Ungodly critics blame preachers for what some of their followers do. Neither Dr. Hyles or Brother Anderson are responsible for what their fans do. I am a big fan of Pastor Steven Anderson's preaching and ministry, but I am to blame (and no one else) for my own words and behavior. I only say this because some of the criticism that I am hearing from web visitors against Pastor Anderson, is for what some of his nutty followers are doing. These critics are comparing apples with oranges!

By the way, it's okay to be a nut if you're screwed onto the right bolt, Jesus!

The apostle Paul had some nuts following him too (Acts 16:16-18). The Devil makes people nuts! Do you think there are no nuts at a Rock concert? Do you think there are no nuts in the medical profession? Do you think there are no crazy people working as police and judges? Our nation is full of nuts! You never know what someone is thinking. Folks, let's stop pointing fingers at preachers who are soulwinners, and instead rally behind them. Now, if a pastor is promoting a false Gospel, corruptible seed and worldliness, then that is a different story, he ought to be exposed! We have it all backwards in America—we attack the offensive guy who is getting the job done soulwinning, and we leave alone the pleasant fella who does nothing to win souls to Christ!

Why don't those same critics hold secular entertainers to the same unfair standard? Is Neal Schon of the band Journey to blame if one of their music fans robs a liquor store? Is Sean Hannity of Fox News to blame if one of their news fans cheats on their taxes? Is President Donald Trump to blame if an American commits adultery? Of course not! We are all individually responsible for our own actions (Romans 14:10-12).

I have heard Brother Anderson address the possibility of a personality cult among some of his followers, which he always discourages. Pastor Anderson promotes independent churches, which is Biblical. There is a risk of starting another denomination if we're not careful. However, just because there are some nuts in the camp doesn't disqualify the entire fundamentalist movement! To this day, Dr. Hyles' critics still blame him for the sins, crimes and things done by others, that is, by some of his followers over 55 years of faithful ministry. That is injustice!

Much of the criticism Pastor Jack Hyles receives on the internet is for sins and crimes committed by former staff members, who were long gone, who DIDN'T even work for Dr. Hyles at the time those wrongs were committed. How insane and unfair is that? How can people blame you as a business owner, if someone who worked for you 10 years ago, but then quit, and you haven't even seen in several years, goes out and robs a bank? That is how desperate Dr. Hyles' critics are to destroy him, connecting dots that don't really exist, to paint a delusional picture, a fabrication of lies. Once rumors get started on the internet, what often begins as holding hands turns into rape by the time the gossip has made its vicious cycle! Rumors are rarely ever accurate. A wise person refuses to believe gossip, and purposes in their heart not to listen to it in the first place. God hates gossip! That's why I refuse to visit the Fighting Fundamentalist Forum online, which is gossip city (i.e., Sin City)! If you want to gossip, tell somebody the Gospel!!! Pssst, hey friend, I have some juicy news for you!
 

Always Rally Behind Truth-Telling Preachers

Ladies and gentlemen, we need to joyfully rally behind soulwinning pastors and sin-fighting preachers! Put your rocks down! Drop the dust from your hand that you were about to cast. Now I am all for refuting heresy. The apostle Paul told his convert, Titus, to
“REBUKE THEM SHARPLY” who teach heresy...

Titus 1:9-14, “Holding fast the faithful word as he hath been taught, that he may be able by sound doctrine both to exhort and to convince the gainsayers. For there are many unruly and vain talkers and deceivers, specially they of the circumcision: Whose mouths must be stopped, who subvert whole houses, teaching things which they ought not, for filthy lucre's sake. One of themselves, even a prophet of their own, said, The Cretians are alway liars, evil beasts, slow bellies. This witness is true. Wherefore rebuke them sharply, that they may be sound in the faith; Not giving heed to Jewish fables, and commandments of men, that turn from the truth.”

Carefully notice that the commandments of men TURN people away from THE TRUTH. That is one reason why I fully support Pastor Anderson's soulwinning and cult-exposing ministry, because he REBUKES THEM SHARPLY who corrupt the truth! We need to rebuke them sharply who use, sell and promote corruptible seed (e.g., Bob Jones University and Moody Bible Institute). We need to sharply rebuke them who preach the false Gospel of Lordship Salvation (e.g., Dr. John MacArthur and Pastor John Piper). We need to rebuke them sharply who preach wrong repentance (e.g., Pastor Charles Lawson and Evangelist Ray Comfort). We need to rebuke them sharply who deny the verbal inspiration of the King James Bible (e.g., Evangelist Ron Comfort, Dr. Sam Gipp and Pensacola Christian College). Woe unto these corrupt false teachers and religious institutions. I expose all these false teachers, albeit these men and Bible colleges also teach many good things. In fact, nearly all of what they teach is sound doctrine, just as rat poison is 99% good wholesome food.

Ultimately, we all have to decide who we sanction and who we rebuke. There is much confusion today. Some people believe that no one except a pastor has a right to rebuke another pastor, but that is unbiblical. When the Bible says not to rebuke an elder, it is in the context of children obeying their parents, and youth respecting their elders. This does not apply to false doctrine being taught in a church, which ought to be rebuked and exposed. Otherwise who would rebuke false teachers like Dr. John MacArthur, who is leading thousands of souls into the Lake of Fire with his Lordship Salvation heresy. The bottom line is found in Romans 3:4, “God forbid: yea, let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.” In other words, we are all going to be judged one day by God, and if what we say agrees with what God says in His inspired Word, then we will be justified. Romans 4:3a, “For what saith the scripture?”

A lot of ungodly people are upset with Pastor Anderson for his tough love preaching against sinners. Albeit, I want you to mentally do something. Picture eternity on Judgment Day, when the future will be no more. In eternity, do you really think for one second that God is going to tolerate, honor and accept two homosexual men, who were “married” on earth? Do you think Steven Anderson will have to lower his head in shame in God's holy presence, or the homosexuals and national leaders who have banned him from entering into their countries with the truth? Do you think God is going to judge 50/50, blaming both sides and justifying both sides, as is common in this filthy, wicked and warped world of sin in which we live? Not a chance. Pastor Anderson is going to be 100% vindicated, as will I, because we “let God be true, but every man a liar; as it is written, That thou mightest be justified in thy sayings, and mightest overcome when thou art judged.” The coming judgment in eternity will not be a time of negotiation, it will be a time when all men WILL BE JUDGED according to their works.

If you think God will side with the homosexual agenda, you are gravely in error. Likewise, a lot of people are upset with me for stepping on toes with my tough preaching. Albeit, I guarantee you that when we all stand in judgment before God, I will be vindicated in my preaching and stand, and that includes my stand against new-evangelicals who make light of the verbal inspiration of the King James Bible. New-evangelicals make light of the purity of God's Word, and the clarity of the Gospel, and women's modest attire, and the proper meaning of Bible repentance for salvation, et cetera. I have more respect for a homosexual than I do for a new-evangelical pastor, who is indifferent toward the truth!

It will boil down to you are either saved or lost! You either “DIE IN THE LORD” (Revelation 14:13); or you “DIE IN YOUR SINS” (John 8:24). Either your sins were paid for on the cross by the Lord Jesus Christ, or else you foolishly rejected Christ's payment and will have to pay for your own sins in the Lake of Fire (Revelation 20:15). A lot of the people ripping against Steven Anderson are not saved, and they clearly do not understand the Word of God. Although some people may claim that is exactly why it is damaging what Brother Anderson is doing, offending people with hard in-your-face preaching, I completely disagree. If there is one thing that I have learned in my 39 years as a born-again Christian, it is that people are going to do what they are going to do, and it has little to do with what we do.

Granted, the Bible says Jude 1:22, “And of some have compassion, making a difference.” I do actually think that Pastor Anderson greatly hinders his ministry by a lack of compassion for sinners, but that doesn't change the truthfulness of his message, nor the consequences of not heeding the truth. Hebrews 10:31, “It is a fearful thing to fall into the hands of the living God.” Psalms 36:1, “The transgression of the wicked saith within my heart, that there is no fear of God before his eyes.” Brother Anderson has only been alive on planet earth for 36 years, God has been here for all eternity! Pastor Anderson is still learning. Anybody with half a brain knows that truth! There is no a homosexual on the planet who doesn't know that there is a holy God, who made them normal, and He is a good God, and pastor Anderson is just a human being too, imperfect. Who is a sodomite to question a pastor's lack of love for homosexuals? Yeah, that's what I thought! No one can blame Steven Anderson. ...

Romans 1:16-21, For I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ: for it is the power of God unto salvation to every one that believeth; to the Jew first, and also to the Greek. For therein is the righteousness of God revealed from faith to faith: as it is written, The just shall live by faith. For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who hold the truth in unrighteousness; Because that which may be known of God is manifest in them; for God hath shewed it unto them. For the invisible things of him from the creation of the world are clearly seen, being understood by the things that are made, even his eternal power and Godhead; so that they are without excuse: Because that, when they knew God, they glorified him not as God, neither were thankful; but became vain in their imaginations, and their foolish heart was darkened.”

God is good to homosexuals...

Do you think the Chicago native rock band, Styx, will be jamming on their electric guitars, strutting past the throne of God? Of course not. By the way, if you haven't seen this mockery video of Styx from the year 1983, desecrating Jerry Falwell and The Moral Majority, it will make you upset (if you are right with God), which is the intended purpose for it. They coerced little children to exalt “sex and drugs” repeatedly in the song. It certainly is heavy-metal poisoning, as the song scoffs at. At the end you can hear the word “righteous” being repeated over and over in mockery. I wouldn't want to be in James Young's shoes, or Tommy Shaw, or Dennis DeYoung, or the other band's ungodly members, in exchange for all the fame and fortune in the world, when they stand before a holy God. They have personal net worths in the tens-of-millions, and are beloved by the sinful world. I admit that some of their music, especially Tommy Shaw's beautiful voice, and the majesty of Dennis DeYoung's wonderful vocals is truly captivating. Albeit, where is all this leading? What will be their end thereof? Proverbs 10:2, “Treasures of wickedness profit nothing: but righteousness delivereth from death.” I do greatly admire something about Dennis DeYoung though, and his wife, who have been faithfully married for 48 years now!
 

Young People Need to Be Born Again and Renewed in Their Minds

Every believer ought to abide continually in the Holy Scriptures. Proverbs 4:23, “Keep thy heart with all diligence; for out of it are the issues of life.” Why abide in the Scriptures? So you can be renewed daily in your mind. Here are some beautiful Bible passages...

Romans 12:2, “And be not conformed to this world: but be ye transformed by the renewing of your mind, that ye may prove what is that good, and acceptable, and perfect, will of God.”

2nd Corinthians 4:16, “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.”

Ephesians 4:23, “And be renewed in the spirit of your mind.”

Colossians 3:10, “And have put on the new man, which is renewed in knowledge after the image of him that created him.”

I love those Scriptures! All across America young people are joining street gangs. They are taking and selling illegal drugs. They are committing fornication. Sexually Transmitted Diseases are epidemic in many major cities among youth, due to the pandemic of immorality nowadays. They are a mess! The rock music, hip hop music, disco music, country music—it does nothing to help them! So what is the answer? What is the root of the problem? Those young people need to be transformed, by the RENEWING OF THEIR MIND, as we just read in Romans 12:2. That begins with giving them the Gospel, so they can believe and be saved. No one has ever gone to Heaven who didn't BELIEVE THE GOSPEL. That is what the Gospel of John is all about. John 20:31, “But these are written, that ye might believe that Jesus is the Christ, the Son of God; and that believing ye might have life through his name.”

That is why nothing can take the place of a good old-fashioned church! The answer is in the local New Testament church, the root of the matter! This clearly emphasizes the importance of a solid local New Testament church. Young people need Christian education at school. We need Christian homes.

As I went walking the other day, I noticed some dried mud at Asana Beach Park on Guam and took a photo to share with you. The thought immediately impressed upon my mind how “dry” the human soul becomes in the absence of God's Word. ...

Isaiah 5:13, “Therefore my people are gone into captivity, because they have no knowledge: and their honourable men are famished, and their multitude dried up with thirst.”

Jeremiah 23:10, “For the land is full of adulterers; for because of swearing the land mourneth; the pleasant places of the wilderness are dried up, and their course is evil, and their force is not right.”

Jeremiah 50:38, “A drought is upon her waters; and they shall be dried up: for it is the land of graven images, and they are mad upon their idols.”

Everyone has an inner man, our true self, who we really are, our soul, if you please. That inner man needs to be renewed through the Scriptures. 2nd Corinthians 4:16, “For which cause we faint not; but though our outward man perish, yet the inward man is renewed day by day.” We need to saturate our mind and heart with the Word of God, and through Bible preaching, and with the things of God. That is why each of us ought to get involved in a local Bible-believing New Testament church, that uses the King James Bible, and preaches the simple Gospel of free grace (apart from all works). Church is not a magic pill, but submitting yourself to the right kind of church, where the Word of God is taught and preached, will change your way of thinking. This is the Scriptural way to find a better life. First, you get saved. Second, you grow in the Lord. If you abide in the same incorruptible seed by which you were born-again (1st Peter 1:23), day by day you WILL BE transformed by the renewing of your mind.

I receive lots of e-mails from web visitors. I hear every scenario imaginable about people's problems. I always try to lead people to this simple truth about being renewed in their thinking, by abiding in the truth of the Scriptures. GOD'S WORD WILL CHANGE YOU!!! A person's life doesn't merely crumble all at once, it took time. There was a progression of wrong thinking, neglecting of spiritual things, and wrong decisions, which led to moral failures. The first step to establishing some type of stability in one's life is to embrace the Gospel, the Good News of Jesus Christ crucified, buried and risen. And then, once a person is IN CHRIST, they become a “new creature” (2nd Corinthians 5:17), having Christ's very presence indwelling them, who is the Holy Spirit, aka, “the Spirit of Christ” (Romans 8:9).

Pastor Steven Anderson's Bible-preaching is accomplishing everything I just said. He is the real deal, what we used to call, “REAL PEOPLE.”

Whereas a lot of people sit in scorn and despise the preaching of Pastor Anderson, I can't get enough of it!!! I need THE TRUTH! I must have it! Most of the people criticizing Pastor Steven Anderson are young guys, punks, who have never built a hot dog stand. They've never won a soul to Christ. They've never built anything, they just teardown the guy who is faithfully getting the job done! Take a look at all the families that have been reached for God at the Faithful Word Baptist Church. They have a faithful pastor they can, ought and are proud of. You bet I support this guy...

Many Baptist pastors and churches reject Pastor Anderson because of his PreWrath Rapture theory. Honestly, I think that is a mistake. I DO think that Bible doctrine is important, but when it is compared to soulwinning, it's not even on the chart! I agree with Pastor Anderson's attitude toward other churches, that we ought to fellowship on the basis of winning souls, and not divide over minor doctrinal differences. Critics are accusing Pastor Anderson of causing needless divisions. What they are really saying is that he doesn't have a right to his own opinion. I have heard Pastor Anderson openly welcome fellowship with other Baptists who disagree with him on minor issues. It is PreTribulation Baptists who have broken fellowship with Pastor Anderson. My big question, to all you critical PreTribbers (I am PreTrib myself) is: Where are your soulwinning marathons? What's that, you don't do that? Okay, so shut up!

I have never felt a pure hatred of people from Pastor Anderson; but rather, a righteous imprecatory spirit of hatred against the wicked and their wickedness! I personally do not agree with Pastor Anderson's spirit. I hate sin, but I love the person. I do not hate homosexuals. They are still people, albeit messed up completely! They desperately need help! I don't believe that we can truly love anyone until we learn to love everybody! That is what Pastor Jack Hyles believed and taught. We ought to love everybody, because God loves everybody, including unrepentant sinners (which includes homosexuals). God loves everyone unconditionally! John 3:16, “For God so loved the world, that he gave his only begotten Son, that whosoever believeth in him should not perish, but have everlasting life. For God sent not his Son into the world to condemn the world; but that the world through him might be saved.” Even the Lord Himself said He didn't come into the world to condemn sinners; but rather, to save them! That is the believer's proper attitude. We ought not condemn anyone, we should try to get them saved through the preaching of the Gospel.

My friend, if you'll stay close to the Book of God, and the God of the Book, you'll do just fine! Amen! When I read the following quote by Pastor J. Frank Norris (1877-1952), I am reminded of Pastor Steven Anderson (because he literally did exactly what Brother Norris said—building a solid New Testament church in a vacant lot, with nothing more than a King James Bible under his arms, and faith in his heart, in the power of the blessed Holy Spirit)...

“What we need is a school that teaches the whole English Bible. What is needed is a school that will take men from the engine cab, from between the plowshares and teach them the Bible. What is needed is a school that is free from modernism. What is needed is a school that will teach a man how to go out with the Bible under his arms, faith in his heart, and in the power of the Holy Spirit begin in a vacant lot and build a church to the glory of God.”

Pastor Anderson and his church are doing more to get souls saved than hundreds of churches! I love a soulwinning church! Faithful Word Baptist Church has seven soulwinning times each week! Of course I am supportive of such a faithful work, even though I do not agree with numerous minor doctrinal teachings of Pastor Anderson!

You Can Still Do What You Always Could Do

During his 55 years of pastoring, Dr. Jack Hyles (1926-2001) was bold, saying it like it is, preaching THE TRUTH. Pastor Steven Anderson reminds me of Brother Hyles when he was younger, aggressive and fiery in the pulpit and a diligent soulwinner! Hence, they both have many enemies! Satan always attacks the soulwinner! Many people today are getting sidetracked on minor issues, angry over this, and upset over that, but they never win a soul to Christ. Here again is the FWBC website. When I see all those people (church members) in the photo at the top, and stop to think that Pastor Anderson influenced them all for God, I then remember why I support him fully.

It is really a matter of humility. Most Americans are wicked, arrogant, proud, haughty, stubborn and without wisdom. When I hear a guy like Pastor Steven Anderson or Pastor Roger Jimenez, I want to hear more, because I know they are on God's side, and they are upholding righteousness, and as a child of God I want to be a part of that! In sharp contrast, ungodly critics only listen to Pastor Anderson's sermons to find fault, copying and pasting snippets of him throwing a rant against sin, trying to catch him at his most offensive moments, and gluing it all together in a YouTube video in a wicked attempt to demonize him, to discredit his ministry and try to destroy his soulwinning work. Good luck with that! Job 20:5, “That the triumphing of the wicked is short, and the joy of the hypocrite but for a moment?” I am going to hand a cup of cold water to God's man, not nip at his ankles like a dog does, making it difficult for him to walk! We need to rally behind soulwinning preachers, and focus on their strengths, not their weaknesses!

I think a lot of guys are envious of Brother Anderson, but I love him and am excited about all the new churches that are being started, the soulwinning marathon in cities across America, and the people being saved and influenced for God! Amen!

God has already told you how to be saved, that is, by simply believing that His Son died on the cross for your sins, was buried, and raised up from the dead three days later. Christ raised up from the dead, which means that God the Father accepted His Son's payment for the sins of the world. Christ suffered on the cross so that we wouldn't have to suffer in a literal Hell forever. Amen! You don't have to bow your head to be saved. You don't have to pray.
