Well, it is the higher-ups that are instructing the police that they have the authority that needs to be held to account.

Police should never respond "l am doing what I am told and it comes from above".

They need to say "I have been ordered by 'the name of the person' to do x".

Always get the name of the person giving the order so you can ask them on what authority.

Did the city council sit and make a new bylaw? There is a procedure for that. It has to be voted on in the assembly. A new bylaw cannot be created by a board or a gaggle of unelected lawless bureaucrats.

Second, no bylaw can infringe on the Charter of Rights and Freedoms. No city bylaw can overrule a Provincial law and no Provincial law can overrule a federal law, regarding Federal jurisdiction unless the notwithstanding clause.

Yes, I think that any politician or government bureaucrat may be in personal jeopardy here. In fact, I think this even extends to think tanks, media companies and reporters.

If I am not mistaken there was a precedent set in 1946 in a place called Nuremberg in Germany. It essentially, if I am not mistaken, set out the acceptable and unacceptable standards that a government may rule over its citizens, conferring new standards of conduct and inalienable rights, for all humanity. As I recall there is a section called Medical Conduct and code of ethics.

I think this might apply here. Come to think of it the protection of citizens' rights from the tyranny of Government might have been the whole reason we fought the Second World War. But I could be wrong.

This evening I saw a video that purports to be Canadian police officers in Ottawa seizing fuel from truckers posted with a timestamp of 6:35 pm CST by Rebel News (in a message forwarded from Covid Red Pills channel) in the TruckersForFreedom Telegram channel.

These Canadian police officers are committing War Crimes in violation of GENEVA CONVENTION RELATIVE TO THE PROTECTION OF CIVILIAN PERSONS IN TIME OF WAR OF AUGUST 12, 1949, ARTICLE 30 -- APPLICATION TO PROTECTING POWERS AND RELIEF ORGANIZATIONS, PARAGRAPH 1. -- RIGHT OF COMMUNICATION, 1. PRINCIPLE, p. 174. See also THE GENEVA CONVENTIONS OF 12 AUGUST 1949 COMMENTARY, Jean S. PICTET, pp. 213-215.

The Truckers and other members of the public are "Protected Persons" under Article 30, and have the "absolute right" to "protest" inter alia and receive "material relief" from "any organization that might assist them." Moreover, the Canadian police force has an affirmative duty such that the "Detaining or Occupying Powers [the Canadian police force] shall facilitate as much as possible visits to protected persons by the representatives of other organizations whose object is to give spiritual aid or material relief to such persons" inter alia. Id.

Therefore, the Canadian police officers are committing War Crimes against Protected Persons under the Geneva Convention 4, Article 30, Paragraph 1, 1. Principle by seizing fuel from Protected Persons. The Canadian police are advised to immediately Cease and Desist such War Crimes. The Protected Persons are advised to remain peaceful; record the names and images of anyone potentially committing War Crimes; and, request assistance from "Protecting Powers," namely, the Global Military Alliance. Update from Ottawa:

Downtown

As of 10:30PM local time, aside from a few arrests, some isolated supply confiscations and heavy ticketing, everything was much the same as it has been. When I left there was a couple thousand people still having a dance party. Unsure if any kind of warning was issued to protesters or truckers at any point. There are many posts online saying there were, but no one on the ground had heard about any.

There was a noticeable increase in the number of concrete barricades in place, more street closures as well.

Coventry Staging Area

As of 11PM local time, the Coventry Staging Area was clear. No issues apparently, unsure what even actually happened in regard to confiscations, no one on the ground I spoke to was aware of any.

Generally

It's impossible to tell what the hell is actually going on because it changes every 15 minutes and people don't timestamp or provide context or note locations of what's happening.

If it isn't happening live or it isn't filmed and time noted, it's irrelevant.

Most of the posts about police issuing ultimatums or threats seem to be fabrications... There is zero footage I have seen of this and no one on the scene mentioned it. If it happened there would be footage, please let me know if you have any.

2. If he refuses ask him to tell you the reason why. Try to document it in personal notes or on audio or video. 3. Ask for his name and badge number. Also try and capture video of him or her. It is probable that these seizures are not lawful but it’s never clear cut in court.


UPDATE:I have started to receive calls from people arrested. It appears that the allegation is “aiding:abetting mischief”. There some basis for this to be alleged although it may not hold up in court. At this stage it is CRUCIAL that you don’t say anything to police other than:
A) your name and address

I am a proud Canadian who is very concerned about the direction our country is going with the Prime Minister at the helm. I am requesting you to please take a look at the words and actions of Justin Trudeau as he has continued to display anti-Canadian sentiments that are hate speech. He actually said unvaccinated Canadians of all race and color, creed, religion and gender are often "Racist and misogynistic". This is incredibly offensive. The man holding the sacred office of Prime Minister is no longer acting in the best interest of all Canadians.

In the past two years I have lost complete confidence in our Prime Minister and his government. They have lied to me and my fellow Canadians, and have infringed on our constitutional rights and freedoms. These "Emergency" measures have completely disregarded our constitutional laws. Our confidential laws are being broken by contact tracing and other actions. Our Canada is not Strong and Free under this current government.

Mr Justin Trudeau’s and others hate-filled speeches and actions have disenfranchised millions of Canadians and must be charged as a hate crime section 318, and 319 of our criminal code. I believe many ethical violations have also occurred under several codes and laws including but not limited to Nuremberg Code (1947), provincial / federal criminal codes, Helsinki Accords, legislation, etc. The Media, these officials, many other undisclosed people, and organizations appear to have bad intentions for our fellow Canadians by pursuing these blatant lies.

I have included just one of our Provincial Health Officers in this list. Informed consent is required of each medical professional. I have sent the following questions to our region's MP, MLA’s, Mayor, Council, Premier and several others with no response. Perhaps you can get these answers for my fellow Canadians Certified to help build our confidence as I have not received one answer as of yet.

Before making any related medical decisions, as a concerned citizen in these uncertain times, I have a few technical questions which I would really appreciate you answering. Would you be so kind as to respond in writing to the following fundamental points?

Provide us the complete list of vaccine ingredients and dose concentrations currently in circulation in each of our countries, and an explanation for the different formulas in the boosters. Also include the secret ingredients protected under competition laws.

Certify that the vaccine you plan to inject in me, and for those already dosed, does not contain MRC5 or HEK193 (aborted fetal cells or traces of human DNA), which would go against our ethical and religious beliefs.

Certify that all the medical parameters concerning the tests and studies required have been satisfied; specify what are the other possible treatments to fight against SARS-CoV-2 by detailing the advantages and disadvantages of each treatment, within the meaning of Article 2 of Nuremberg Code.

In addition, please answer me simply, yes or no, to the following questions.

If I get vaccinated, are there risks of complications and death?
If I have already caught and recovered from the virus, do I have immunity, therefore not needing the vaccine?
If I get the vaccine after having recovered from a previous infection, what are my risks of death?
If my parents, grandparents, and I are all vaccinated, can we hug again?
If I get vaccinated, will I be 100 % resistant to COVID and its many variants and for how long?
If I get vaccinated, will I avoid severe symptoms with hospitalization, as well as death?
If I get the vaccine, will I be contagious to others?
If I experience a serious adverse reaction, long term effects (still unknown) resulting in death, will I (or my family) be compensated?
