Dodonpachi II: Bee Storm attract mode. This game was created by IGS, not Cave. But it's part of the Donpachi series, licensed by Cave, contains recycled graphics and sounds from Dodonpachi and is referenced in a cut scene in Daioujou so it's being included here. It runs on PGM hardware which was used for Espgaluda, Ketsui and Daioujou.
