Do you guys and gals like Shezow? It's about a boy who gains the superpowers of his late Aunt, but in order to use them, he has to wear her old super-heroine uniform. Here is a pastebin with download links. http://pastebin.com/CswreQfE
pop culture runs on pandering while reenforcing trends the establishment want, this is no different.
propaganda
No.The show isn't particularly funny and it's a poor representation of any kind of person who is trans or falls outside of a gender binary/gender normality.
It´s happening
it sounds horrible, and pedo.adieu
>>18543 (OP)Eh, it's ok. Just made it through the first episode, but it seems to be lacking depth. Also, the horrible puns really drag it down.
>>19615The first couple eps are pretty bad with puns, but it gets better.
Horrible pandering. /co/ had an anti-transgender field day when it came out, I remember. Even though it's just crossdressing.
>>20780Really? I'm sure the reactions were mixed, but /co/ always struck me as being pretty transgender friendly. Or maybe I just assumed that, since /co/ is also one of the more sexually deviant boards.
>>18639Why do you trannies always have to make everything about you? He wears a dress to fight evil, not so he can pretend to belong in the ladies room.
>>20986Reactions were pretty extreme one way or another at first, but it's gotten to the point where people can actually discuss whether they like or dislike the show without turning it into a mud-slinging debate over transfolk. The major difference being that before the show actually started airing episodes, there was basically nothing but speculation, assumptions, and Rule 34 to fuel the conversations.
