If I want to battle, I prefer battling on PO. However, I don't really know anyone who uses it often enough to practice against people I know, and online matches with strangers aren't all that fun for me.
I do have somewhat of an ingame team made, but generally I just enjoy breeding for other people and occasionally do projects for myself. I find breeding Pokemon fun to do on the side, especially now that I'm back at work at a desk job that has enough spare time. And breeding Pokemon is a lot easier for me to set down than other video games.

There's something I do not get about 4channers as a whole. Most people seem to like the shit class, the shitty card, the atrocious whatever far too much for their own good. /vg/'s love for the brute is almost unhealthy.

Granted, the brute was great fun during the beta, but that was mostly cause he could actually do shit back then. Right now, he can't do jack shit the raider doesn't do better and not being capable of doing anything right isn't fun, regardless of light array displays.

The Brute's Heavy Spinfusor is what made me finally like them. And Fractal grenade are still good. But yeah, it doesn't have enough mobility for its role because hahahaheavy.
Now I mostly play Soldier or Technician, while getting back into Juggernaut.

I agree with this. However there's a difference between acknowledging you are using shitty stuff on purpose and knowing that you will not be winning as commonly as if you were using good things. The problem is that most of the people who like to use shitty things blame everything on the other player, that they are using broken cookie cutter things and so on instead of simply acknowledging that the thing they like is simply bad and that there are superior options available to use if they desire to win so badly.
