    Well, I'm not a redesign hater, but the comic I want to do is about the final fight between Red and Gold, and that was a hell of an experience to 11 year old me. So I just wanted to use the gameboy-era outfits as an homage to my inner child.

    Thanks! I have a soft spot for him, Gold being my formative pokemon game and all.

    I would post a direct link to my blog (the one credited in the images) because that's were I upload stuff daily, but I recently added adsense and getting visits directly from 4chan is a no-no ever since some guys at /b/ started abusing blogger to get quick cash.
