Up until this point (they technically still don't but whatever) they don't have an official personality anyway, so I honestly don't care how they're viewed by everyone else. Everyone is going to have their own headcanons and ideas and views for the characters so it's ignorant to get angry over something like that.

If I honestly dislike how a writer portrays them, I just ignore the piece of writing. It's simple. I like twincest. Many don't. I don't force anyone else to take it on as a headcanon.

The point is the only time it becomes a 'problem' is when you're actively seeking out others or becoming angry over the way they're viewed by other people.
