I do Timid, Max'd speed, 4 attacks with Expert belt, in all honesty. But Destiny Bond is a very, very fun move to use, as well.

Its why I don't understand people who use Focus Blast on theirs. From what I have seen, it misses quite a bit, and then they're left standing there with an extremely feeble ghost.
With something that fragile, make sure you never miss.
