But the biggest of all is the library, it gets mostly enhanced ports and multiplats, and of its exclusives there isn't much. There was Gravity Rush, Ragnarok Odyssey (I heard it's really bad though) and Soul Sacrifice that interested me, but RO has an enhanced version coming to the PS3, which I do posess, later this year so that's off the list.

My personal reason for hating the Vita?

It's just not what I want out of a handheld. If I want my fix of Armored Core portable, I can already play it on my PSP. Outside that, it genuinely has no games I want. Plus, it's WAY too expensive. I've bought 2 PSP's before, and it was still a better purchase than this garbage which I'm glad I haven't touched yet.

I feel the same about the 3DS, so don't call me a nintenyearold. I don''t like games on either system.

But Technika wasn't made to be played on something as small as the PSV. Controls are not ergonomic at all. No arcade feeling either. It just made no sense to have released Technika on PSV instead of iPad.

It's a fucking touch game and while hating Apple, you have to recognize that the iPad is the best platform for any touch game currently (Reflec Beat is amazing on it, and jubeat is good too)

PS Vita should never have done the touch route in the first place. They could have easily shaved off $50-$100 of the console price by not having the WORTHLESS rear touchpad and by not shoehorning in a front touchscreen so they can show off their cancerous bubble UI.

Imagine it, PS Vita, $150-200 straight upgrade to the PSP. Two joysticks, powerful hardware, and build for games rather than gimmicks. If they threw in support for PS2 games like the PSP had support for PS1 games it would have sealed the deal.

I don't. I'm still backlogged on it, and PSPlus isn't helping any. Game the system a little, have FUCKING GAMESTOP order you a 32GB card, and trade some shit in toward it during one of their massive trade bonus weekends. I dumped a bunch of PSP memory cards (I had several 2GB ones and a 4GB one) during their last 50% trade, and ended up with almost $70 in store credit.

I got it because it's a free rental on PSN+ this month, and have to admit I played only an hour so far. My negatives from that shallow attempt so far:

- samey enemies and scenery

I'm centering the crosshair on them and push the pew pew button, feel free to correct me if that's not how it's done.

Even ignoring that, game is really fucking underwhelming so far.

That's how it looks. They're not really noticeable when the game is in motion though. Personally I'd rather the larger screen, since I can't go back to the tiny little screen of non-XL anything.

SMT would be cool, but the 3DS has claimed that. DQ would be cool, but Nintendo has claimed that. Kingdom Hearts would be cool, but Nintendo has claimed handheld titles. FF Type 0 would be nice.
