Switching between DCSS and Super Metroid. Never played SM before, but 30ish minutes in and I've got the super missile/charge beam. I'm only moderately into metroid, I've beaten all the prime games but the only 2D game I've beaten is Fusion. So far SM is cooler, it's just more fleshed out and has more stuff to do in each area.

When I used to go to LAN parties or friendly get togethers, I would bring groceries so I could make a bonding experience out of cooking with someone.
There's never not at least one other person wanting to help. Someone is always, in a worst case, feeling guilty and asking to peel onions or some mundane shit.
Then you have a party friend and don't have to worry if your one true friend there is busy or passed out. You branch off of both of them to make shaky acquaintances until you can limit your awkward phone staring to a minimum of 30% of the time there.
I hate going outside.

Both of the new classes are tons of fun (other new one is Songweaver, picture related) and the other old classes are still fun, too. The game has definitely improved from release is when I last played. There are lots of people playing on NA even late at night (because Aussies and EU players because Gameforge is shit) and I've had lots of fun with the game thus far.
