I may gripe and moan sometimes, but honestly, it is a nice job. Thing's arn't usually that bad an most of the customers tend to be older people who have no idea what they are doing but generally have respect for your position of knowledge so don't argue with what you say. It's a good into into IT if you know the basics, get into a company doing the residential repairs and then get them to train you into business IT. The things like driving out for a cable do happen sometimes but as long as you remember your getting paid for it it's not too frustrating.

The only downside can be the co-workers, the IT industry is full of antisocial shits, I've gotten pretty lucky at the stores I've worked at so far.
