They should have used that 10 million or so to make a bombass prototype for some venture capital. I mean, it would have been easy with all that kickstarter cash: hire a bunch of ex-microsoft, nintendo and sony folks who wanted to "fuck the system" and take a couple of years to develop a kickass open console that can actually compete. Turn that 10 million into 150 million with venture, and turn the Big 3 into the Big 4 overnight. OUYA could have been a game changer.

Instead they squandered the money (and the potential for future open consoles because of "fool me once" phenomena) on some dumb cell phone emulator. They didnt grasp the fact that 10 million just isnt enough to give people who are used to modern consoles even a portion of what they desire or expect in quality or performance.
