I've spent 7 years typing on a keyboard pretty much every single day. It's a habit to try and talk at least with some sort of correct grammar and spelling.

I have to force myself to type like a retard.

I type with correct grammar/punctuation unless I'm really strapped for time when I'm typing (in which case I go for the closest approximation I can), and usually when I'm typing during a video game I have some spare time to be doing so.
