I could see running through Unova again, with new areas, new characters, major changes in old locations, and so forth. I got Emerald for more double battles (Which should have been in R/S...) and the Battle Frontier looked challenging and fun

Despite it's somewhat lackluster post-game, I love Black/White to death and I don't really know what they can improve on it besides these obvious new forms or making Meloetta/Keldeo/Genesect like...in game side quests like Victini was. I just don't know what direction you could take a sequel besides Ghetsis returning or something corny like that.
