from what ive been reading theres to much detail in the game that some shit happens im not exactly sure what. It seems APB believes those with 32bit OS can't run the game well itself so they lower the detail for you. In my case, I deleted some ini files and now the game is much smoother, looks better, and its easier to aim with my sniper rifle that im even going toe to toe with people.

I tried the key to the city, and the gameplay itself is pretty damn solid. Customization is awesome. It's a great time killer game.

The weapons are rock-paper-scissors in terms of what range you are using it at.

Sniper rifles at short range are bad
Shotguns at long are bad,
Sub-machine guns at anything other than short-medish range is damn terrible.

It's about trying to use weapon range to your advantage and flanking your oponents.

There's a music creator in the game where you can create:

Songs. Which you can play from your car or from the many DJ stations for all players to hear.

Death themes. Songs your enemies will hear when you kill them and when you are the MVP of a match.

Some pretty awesome shit has been done with these. Including a full version of Saria's song from OoT.

Music studio, can't sell imported music and the imported music sucks and I'll explain in a minute.

Use all sorts of beeps and boops to make music, alot of which are really good when people are good at it. Make full songs or themes. themes are 5 seconds long and play when you win a mission or for people you kill. You kill someone, they hear your annoying ass theme.

Imported music, uses last.fm. But it seems it only works if they have the exact mp3. Even if use that last.fm software to make sure your tags are good, won't play it for everyone unless they have the mp3. Probably will get fixed.
