How far are you in Deus Ex? Just think of the first two levels as tutorial levels, mess around in them, but it does start picking up later. That is one of the biggest flaws of Deus Ex, the start of the game isn't as captivating as other games, when you try to find your brother later on, chances are it will hook you.

The inventory system is great, I quite like stacking things to pile as much stuff into it as possible.

My game keeps crashing at the airforce base, I had no problems with deus ex until this point, it always happens when I kill the second mech outside base, the big one, or after running around a bit and kill some guards, but the game has been running 19 hours of gameplay flawlessly until this point, and I cant finish the game? anyone heard of this, can anyone help?

Once you get into it, it's amazing. I hated it when I first got it when it came out. But I didn't know shit about video games back then and played it like a shooter.

Try playing it as a stealth game (think Thief) and you'll have a blast. When you sneak into a place undetected, swipe the objective from the enemies nose without one alarm. You'll feel like fucking Sam Spade cica 2051.
