The more serious issue we face seems to be gang violence in and around Rez. At some point like...five or six years ago some member of the Latin Kings showed up on Rez and just started recruiting left and right. I grew up for a large part of my life off Rez and only visited in the summers so I went to a predominately white/black school. Our teacher actually had to change their A.P history class around because the school didn't own a single book that taught native history or pre-american history.
