I miss doing maths on it's own sometimes.

I do physics, so the maths is just a means to an end most of the time, and it's also dead easy. I mean, fuck, I just had a fortnight of lectures on basic matrices work (nothing beyond using them to solve 3 term simultaneous equations). Hardest stuff I've had to do so far was multiple variable calculus, and even that wasn't particularly hard.

To be honest, you don't really need to do many mathematical calculations once you are forced to run more advanced tests.

Once you reach that point (and even with easier analysis) you could just run a program like SPSS and that's that.

The only thing you really need to learn is what test to run, how to deal with irregularities in data, and how to interpret and report the output.

Not too difficult.
