05/11/10(Tue)15:28 No.58773XXXIt's
not a ban, it would make it illegal to sell to minors, like beer or
cigarettes. And the 1st amendment is a little more flexible when it
comes to rights for children.
The Supreme Court might do
actually, if only for the precedent so in the future they can control
anything being sold to minors by pointing at this decision. Games being
the scapegoat of the day get it first, then movies, and music, hell why
not pop and candy, that shit hurts kids. Then again I look forward to
the day where 12 year olds are giving handjobs in a back alley for some
jawbreakers. |
