I actually really like my job at mcdonalds. I'm just a crew, but all of my coworkers and all the managers are fun, and I feel like I'm friends with most everyone that works there.

Even most of the customers are decent.

The only problem is that the only people whoever have to do any real hard work are the overnighters. They're the only ones people expect to do things, like clean and stock everything. You can get held back 15 to 30 minutes because you still need to sweep, mop, and stock your entire area for the overnight shift, but it's A-OK to leave everything like a mess with absolutely nothing stocked if you're the morning or afternoon crew.

When I do overnights I go in at 10pm. It's always the same story. Grill has no meat or someshit, or no condiments or something else important. Drivethru will have no cups or lids. A lot of the time there won't be something noticable missing, like spoons or sundae cups. So some shmuck wants a sundae, I have to go on a scavanger hunt all because IAESHA wanted to leave right at 10.
