If the series is going to be rebranded like this, I hope we will see a proper ending, a real ending to the series. Not just a cliffhanger, but a real ending.

I don't know like in the final episode, we see a final scene of Ash gets older or a a least a scene where he releases pikachu into the wild or with Professor Oak and another trainer gets him.

Final episode is about Ash finally finding and catching Ho-oh. Even with the team he currently has, he can't do it. Then all of a sudden Charizard, Squirtlewho has since evolved into a Blastoise, a flock of Butterfree and Primeape wearing Ash's old hat Show up and help him beat and catch Ho-oh.

It ends with Prof. Oak calling him up with Ho-oh flying around in the background and he and Gary are both going WHAT DA FUCK!?!

Ash was following the trail of Giovanni. Giovanni seems to have perfected the device he used to control mewtwo for a while, and is planning on implanting it to every legendary in the pokeworld. Ash won't have that shit. He takes his pikachu and current team and follows Giovanni up to a cliff.

Giovanni says it's too late to stop them. He jumps off a cliff. Ash yells "NO!"

but slowly Giovanni rises, as though he was floating through the air. But actually he is riding atop Ho Oh. Slowly all the legendaries come and surround Ash. Including the birds, and the dogs. This is the end for Ash. Giovanni laughs as every legendary charges their attack to finish off Ash.

Ash bends over closes his eyes and embraces his pikachu...

he waits for the attack...

It doesn't come...

He looks up. He sees all the attacks of the legendaries. being deflected. How?

He looks up to see a flock of butterfree casting protect. Two of them caught Ash's eye. One of them was pink

The other had an old tattered scarf around his neck. That butterfree turned around and cheered for him.

Before Ash could react. the legendaries cried in pain. a flurry of solar beam, hydro pump, and flamethrower came from the sky.
Squirtle, Bulbasaur, and Charizard land onto the ground in front of Ash. Bulba and Chari turn and nod, squirtle did the same after he put on his shades.

But how? Ash cried. He hears the blades of a chopper. He looks up to see everyone he has ever journed with, every rival he has ever encountered, every professor he has ever met. They cheer for Ash. And start dropping pokeballs from the sky.

Each pokeball lands and opens to show every pokemon he has ever caught and kept in prof Oaks, including the 30 tauros. Including most pokemon that Ash traded or gave away.

Ash's pokemon combat the legendaries keeping them at bay.

Ash knows what he needs to do. He jumps off the cliff as well.

I could care less about Ash, but the fact that the show is losing Brock is what will ruin it for me. Ash was too stupid a character, every fight he had to relearn type weaknesses and general knowledge. As much as I liked Jesse and James they shouldn't have been in every episode it made you lose interest when they showed up. Hopefully with the new characters they can make a formula that isn't balls. Either way the lack of Brock is going to take away from the show for who ever still watches it.
