It was just an amazing screwup. Basically, fightan market in EU is almost non existent (no arcades at all etc), so they didn't bother releasing it. Any series that doesn't start with Street and end with Fighter doesn't stand a chance.

So, they assured EU fans that they can just import it. But then they weren't allowed to make it region free, and apologised to the fans. However, that meant EU 360 owners couldn't play the game, no matter what. So they eventually end up releasing it in the EU over a year later.

The biggest problem is finding a way in since she has such shitty range, most normals only being 5A range. But if you keep up the pressure when you get in, and make sure to charge your D meter whenever you knock the opponent away with a 22A/B/C/D you can get some really serious damage output.

While in CT he could only cut projectiles in half, he now leaves a void where they were, which blocks all other projectiles and hurts and opponent if they run into it. It's basically a way to allow Hakumen to advance vs projectile spamming without it being incredibly risky like in CT.

Yeah, thats his biggest flaw. Alot of him is depending on your opponent slipping up and letting you guard point them, or getting in one of your few good connects to a BnB. His projectile overhead is fun to cmobine with a low attack, but most characters have their own way out of its setup.

The only way to reliably play him is to focus on developing an arsenal of dirty tricks using his mechanics, like hoping over them to crossover or just playing footsie with his huge reach. He's pretty easy to crossover with, thankfully.

His real appeal is just how ridiculously easy he is to wrap your head around. This is a GREAT first pick for a character if your new to the series.

Unlimited Nu has double the amount of Swords

Unlimited Tager changes GETB command from 720C to 4C, gives him an airdash, and a forwards dash, that has autoblock on anything but lows.
