I'm a
firm believer that Rachel's only unbalanced in terms of difficulty. She
can push out damage, she can zone, and she can start off some weird shit
using the pumpkin and wind. She's just way, way harder to control than
any other character now, because a misstep will just end your combo,
putting you whatever wind you spent to get it down, as well as in block
disadvantage at close range, exactly where you don't want to be.
Still,
Rachel gains meter fast, and if you know what you're doing, you can use
your meter to get some good damage.
Her only real weakness is
her relatively short range on melee attacks that are viable starters. |
