Fisher, Altair and Snake (Big Boss was the jungle expert), 47 (He's an expert at blending in etc. not sneaking around in jungles hunting for a single target).

That leaves Big Boss, Riddick, Batman and the Major.
When it comes to pure skill at fighting in the jungle and surviving Big Boss is the expert and he would probably kill Riddick (despite being superhuman, or rather not human).
The Major isn't really that special when it comes to skills, she's basically very good at hand-to-hand combat due to her cybernetic body, but her stealth system would also be very handy and she probably doesn't need to eat, use the bathroom, etc. like the rest of them.
Batman has tools for any situation and he's Batman, so he could probably take the Major out with some gadget and find and trap Big Boss, but the problem here is tha Batman doesn't kill.

So probably the Major if Big Boss doesn't sneak up on her or trap her or something.
