Why does Electrode need an evolution?

Pokemon needs a lot of balancing in general. Too many Pokemon suffer from poor moveset choices, poor base stats, or a combination of both.

What's even more frustrating are Pokemon who are physical centered that only learn special moves and vice versa.

I always grouped Magnemite and Voltorb together. It doesn't seem right that Magneton evolves, but Electrode doesn't.

Also I saw a bitchin picture of an Electrode evolution, so I was INSPIRED.

I've seen a lot of suggestions for a Kingler evolution. I'd rather just see Crabhammer's accuracy bumped to 100.

Xatu and Kingler in but it wouldn't hurt tier.

Pincer needs an evolution cooler than itself, which is nearly impossible with modern Pokemon designs and Pincer being the coolest motherfucker ever.

Pokemon is an MMO with patches every 4 years.

I'd love to see every bug type get a stat revamp. It makes no fucking sense that beedrill only has 80 base attack stats. LOOK AT ITS FUCKING ARMS! WHY CAN'T HIS ATTACK STAT BE HIGHER? Oh, and give him something better than swarm, like poison heal or technician.

Unique abilities. Beedrill has an ability that makes pin-missle do 50 damage per hit or something.

Maybe that's broken. Maybe it could be improved. But it'd make people consider him. OR SOMETHING.

I say switch his place with Shuckle. Marowak could really use some better stats, and I think Shuckle is pretty good as is.

What would Electrode evolve too?
It needs to go with the Voltorb = Pissed off/Negative and Electrode = Happy/Positive thing they got going.

Water/steel turret with huge att/sp att, solid defenses but shit speed. Abilities are either sniper or a new ability that raises def, sp def and accuracy when it switches in, but prevents it from switching or being forced out.

Also, a bunch of the pokemon in the "need nerfing" category don't belong. Guys like breeloom, marrowack, Ludicolo, Donphan, Swellow, dugtrio, and even Milotic are exactly the right power level, just barely being able to compete in OU.

Bug is a pretty powerful type. Didn't used to be, but ever since heracross and Scizor getting bullet punch, bug types have been almost necessary.

I think Krickitune needs a new ability and higher defences, I love that thing. Also, they should at least give Granbull a priority move.

Honestly I think Weezing needs some type of boost. Its a Pokemon with HIGH ATTACK POWER but it has no attacking moves other than Double Hit and very few other shitty moves.

It doesn't make sense.
