I own both a 360 and a PC, I've played both.

I can't put my finger on it, but there's definitely something easier about the 360.
It's either my bullets are flying in an easier to predict path, or the other guy isn't getting out of the way as often.

True. I was playing a couple of round with him, and been chatting with him on steam for a good few weeks. We played some rounds and everything was alright. Well, we kind of do both. When it really counts, we work together and punish the enemy hard and fast. But otherwise, it's a 50/50 chance you'll be killed by the enemy or your squad. Keeps the tension up, skills get sharper, etc etc.

It feels great when you get into a squad that's actually working as a squad. A medic, an engineer and I (assault) stuck together as a trio for a nice long amount of time, moving up to M-COM stations and arming explosives. I could count on him to revive me, and on the few occasions that he died close to me I swapped his gear and revived him. We were a fucking force during that game but messed it up right at the final M-COM; I was the only person trying to arm it, and after doing so I had enemies approaching me from both directions. Once they defused it and I respawned I couldn't even reach it again... we lost.

I used to play it big time, was in the top 300 of the world. Those were the days. I stopped playing a couple of months ago, not surprised it's pretty dead now. It was starting to slowly wind down then.

So I'm defending the road to the second-to last set of objectives as Engineer, and a T-90 rolls up the road and starts firing at my squad. I pull out my RPG and it gets hammered by my rocket and my squadmates', exploding about five feet in front of us. I crouch, screen obscured by smoke from the explosion, and proceed to start the incredibly slow RPG reload sequence. Suddenly, one of those little armoured cars appears out of the smoke at top speed, and I spam mouse1, barely finished the reload. The rocket sails about six inches before hitting the car, blowing it into flaming chunks right before it roadkilled me. I dunno whether it was lag or shitty hit detection, but the explosion from my rocket and the car didn't affect me, and the debris rocketed past me on all sides. Fucking awesome.

I was in a game yesterday as an engineer, I saw an apache flying around and blowing up stuff as usual, no one was bothering to shoot it down as usual either.

I shout "I MUST DO THIS FOR THE TEAM" and fire a rocket toward the apache without aiming.

I had hoped that they would be good, because of how easy it is to completely destroy all cover and make it impossible for attackers to advance.

They don't work well at all. They don't cover a large enough area and barely last for a few seconds. I assume it's because they don't want people griefing by filling the world with smoke and making the game unplayably laggy for everyone or something.

They won't be as good for BC2, since the maps are so huge. I know on MW1+2 I use them on every class for every game mode, they are the best and give you a huge advantage when capturing points.
