Playing the Predator missions on Nightmare mode, because some of the biggest complaints I had with this game were because of the difficulty. Also, a lot of people pulled the "i play on normal!!" pathetic counter-point.

Shit is sort of cash. No checkpoints means you plan every single move out -- where there are humans, I scope out the base, memorize patrols, and hop around like the Goddamned Batman.

Drawbacks to this are that the AI is _still_ absolute trash. You can "stealth kill" (the loudest thing on the planet) people two feet behind another person and the other person usually won't hear a thing. Sometimes -- SOMETIMES -- they'll react to the body hitting the ground, only their reaction is to _frantically run backwards_, right into your waiting stealth-killan arms.

Smartgun enemies still don't use the smartgun to scan the area.

You can actually hear the motion tracker working on some marines, and they still don't use it. As you approach, you can hear the little bleep bleep, but they are all apparently deaf.

Aliens are by far the worst. Even on Nightmare mode, they don't try and sneak up on you -- they just zerg you, which would be awesome if they didn't attack you one at a time, like you're the hero of a crappy kung fu B-movie. Plus, winning against computers is "hold block to trigger heavy attack, now light attack to win."

Stealthing through a base or field of humans, picking them off one by one, is amazing fun. There are just a whole storm of flaws here, which makes me sad. I hope they patch it. I also hope they add some DLC.

I've only done the first Alien mission on Nightmare so far, and it was pretty easy. Every level on Alien has a billion places you can slip into to hide while people walk around, or you can just do the classic "chill on the ceiling."

I've snuck by more marines as an Alien than I have as a Predator, mostly because Alien gets one shot on that mode. : (

It is a bit more fun, though -- the AI is stupid, but since Aliens are the biggest and most obvious AI flaws, playing as one is a little better.

Playing as alien is awesome. Predator was cool at times, but Marine was just generic shootan.

I'd love the game more if it wasn't so shallow. It really feels cobbled together and pasted over. Like how the spear returns to you after one-shotting everything. I felt so cheap using it. And the levels are so basic and chunky.

They took a decent enough shot at it, but I think they made a big fuck-up considering how awesome it could have been.

Infestation only has like one map and the Marines rarely win.

Despite this and the fact the average match lasts like 3-4 min, it's probably the most played mode.

I think it's because everybody wants to be "HURRR RAMBO LAST MAN STANDING FIGHT OFF WAVES OF XENOMORPHS".

Fuck whenever I do infestation and I don't get picked to be the first xeno, I just stand out by myself until one kills me.
