However, he's talking about this via a flash video cartoon, which undoubtedly took him HOURS AND HOURS to work on if not outright days, unless he paid someone else to do it for him. Subtracting a guesstimate of people from /v/, he's likely only had ~3,250 or so viewers of said video on Youtube, which makes him no money, realistically generates him no prestige, and likely because of the overdeveloped emotional content couldn't be used on a resume much more than video game shit could.

Lord help those people who watch movies or read books, wasting all the time they could be doing pumping iron or learning foreign languages.

Abandon hobbies to pick up other hobbies, I guess. All entertainment is time-wasting, and that's okay. Life isn't a grand, ambitious adventure outside your door. When you work 9-5 jobs to pay your way into whatever boring, menial career you've always dreamed to be disappointed with, that wonderful bit of escapism helps you get by when your wife is nagging incessantly and the kids are screaming at each other.
