And I'm confused.
Ashley
is coming across as friendly, defensive, cautious, and a little naive
about other species but in an endearing way, and I'm trying to get her
to come around to not thinking of alien species as the enemy. She has
had quite a bit of friendly banter with Tali, to my surprise,
considering how you all kept calling her a racist bigot (although
Xenophobe would be more accurate, and even then it's a little harsh to
call her naivety Xenophobia, considering she has only experienced
aliens in training simulations and exercise where she was shooting at
them).
Liara, on the other hand, pretty much starts throwing
herself on your dick no sooner than you get her on the ship. 'Oh,
Shepard, you must have suuuuch incredible willpower'. She's the classic
bookish nerd type, stumbles over her words, but clearly has a thing for
Shep. Adorable, yes, but not my type.
Ash drops some nice, sly
hints, then reverts back to her soldier mode with a quick '...sir'.
She's smart, but flawed, and considerably more likeable than the
adorable nerd.
...although I'd still take Tali in a heart beat if I could. |
