I'm 26 years old. Knowing my dad watches movies doesn't feel like the same thing as knowing he plays video games. Movies have been around longer than video games. Movies are also legitimate art, and while games have certainly taken steps towards being 'art' in recent years, they're still not art, which leaves them as a childish activity.
