BlazBlue is already sort of programmed to do what SF4 does (lets you pick between English or Japanese for each character) because if your opponent uses the opposite voice setting online it'll stay that way no matter what your choice was.

What I want is a fighting game where if the cast of characters are different nationalities, they actually speak in the correct languages.

SFIV allowed this to a very minor extent. I had most of the cast in English, but set Sakura, Ryu, and the few other Jap characters to speak Japanese.

I like being able to understand what they're saying. One of the things that really pissed me off about Guilty Gear was that, by Accent Core Plus, there was a ton of unique dialogue for certain matchups, but you couldn't appreciate it because they didn't even subtitle the shit.
