It's simple really. When the head is turned as far as it can go to the left or right, you'd never see more than a profile view. In order to see more of the face without rotating the figure, the shoulders must be angled up towards the side that the head is turning to, but this still only gives you roughly 5 degrees more. So in order to see Jin's face at the angle you see in the picture, his body should be perpendicular to the viewer. Better yet, rotate his face to simply be in profile view, as that would suit his character more, and break up the piece some.
