Exactly why I like each member:
Xemnas: He's even forgotten what it's like to have emotions. No remorse, kills people and takes their hearts to gain power, commands his life in a smooth, cold voice. A great example of a good villain; no one else in the world matters besides him.

Xigbar: Eh, he's a fucktard for the most part, but his ability to screw around on the job and retain his rank says something about his abilities. Laser guns as weapons, can teleport and defy gravity, and has kickass battle damage.

Xaldin: Aside from "I tear your shit up for the lulz," There's really not much to say here.

Vexen: I feel bad for the poor guy. All he wants to do is be a competent villain, and he tries so hard at it, but the cockbags that he has for "comrades" keep fucking everything up. A combination of pity and sympathy makes me love Vexen. If he was a real person, I would brofist with him.

Lexaeus: No personality aside from being Zexion's whipping boy, but fucks people up with a huge axe-sword thing.

Zexion: One of my favorite villains. Creating plots and plans to shift things in his favor, makes other people fight for him while they don't even know it, and mindfucks people with illusions. Also dies a great villainous death by way of getting his soul sucked out.

Saix: Tearing shit up berserker style. Works for me.

Axel: God I hate this faggot. The only thing good about him it when he fights, pulling the occasional badass, but never really going anywhere anywhere else.

Demyx: Every team needs a dumbass, and he plays the role so perfectly that I want to hug him for it.

Luxord: Time power, fights with cards and dice, has an English accent. Okay, but just kind of blends in.

Marluxia: I hate the hell out of this guy, which is why I love him. He's such a huge dick to everyone, making him hated by the player, and thus a good antagonist. Plus, he's a male character that holds his flower manipulation abilities well.

Larxene: One of my favorite wimminz in video games, she's just a great villain in general. Great powers, being such a bitch, and only being in things to see other people cry.

Roxas: I feel bad for this poor fucker, because he as the most misplaced potential of any characters in Kingdom Hearts. He's a great fighter, pulls asskickery frequently, only to be absorbed into the single most unlikable protagonist ever aborted from some Lovecraftian horror's vagina.

Xion: Eh, aside from the psychopathic tendencies, I didn't like her that much.

That's pretty much it.

A few of the organisation members really aren't evil and villainous, like axel has a change of heart and demyx isn't really a fighter, sora is a pretty nasty guy for killing him.

Anyway, what I really want to know is if all of the Organisation have heartless' ? Because we know of xenmas' and roxas' heartless xehonort and sora but i don't think there has ever been mention of the others.

Though i did hear ven was mentioned at least one point in the game, perhaps that is related?

Doubtful. Everyone seems to have a keyblade nowadays. Riku had one in KH (now THAT was an actual "dark" keyblade" and Kairi could weird one at the end of KH2.

Mickey's just seems to be another keyblade like Sora's with the same general properties, but it's a different color scheme to simply look different from Sora's.

On another note, I'm on day 78 or so in 358/2 Days, and so far this is probably one of the most boring games I have ever played.

Yeah, OP. I feel the same way about how they were treated. They had all this stuff to work off of and in the end, you only fight each of them once or twice and they die and are never seen again.

If there's one thing I hate in games that have a bit of a storyline going is when they introduce and kill off bad guys in the same installment. And with KH, there's a limit to how many non-Disney bad guys you can introduce before even the fanbase turns on the series.

Yes, they would have a heartless, but that's not to say it's going to keep it's original form like Xenahort's did. They had a strong enough will to retain their form as a nobody, but so did Sora, and even he became just a piss-ant shadow when he became a heartless.

organization xiii is pretty sick. they're the metaphorical nihilist 3rd party in the war between good and evil. they're tragic in their acknowledgement of meaning nothing. they know that their memories and 'feelings' mean nothing because everyone dies eventually and when they do they'll fade away. i think villains whose goal is to obtain a heart and thus be complete are pretty original and compelling because the player wants to stop them because they're fucking up other worlds to obtain their goals but they're also tragic and sympathetic. each of them has a unique personality. reasons i like each:

xemnas - great leader. methodical, cool, collected, articulate. always knows what's up and what he's doing. never pulled the cliche "GRRR I TRANSFORM AND KILL U NOW RAAGE" many jrpg endbosses do.
xigbar - a lot like xemnas, but replace the stoic solemnness with sarcastic, lighthearted lackadaisical personality.
xaldin - even though their goal is to obtain a heart, xaldin seems to enjoy not having a heart, and looks down on people who do because he sees it as a vulnerability. and he manipulates (beast) to take advantage of that vulnerability.
vexen - smart guy. too internally involved with his experiments and whatnot, and thus didn't see coming his cohorts' treachery.
lexaeus - silent, powerful, and damn good at reading people. a threatening, tall statue whose eyes are locked onto you.
zexion - i dig the illusion powers and all his twisted plotting. too cocky, had it coming.
saix - like xemnas but loses his cool and rages when shit goes awry.

roxas - young kid without a heart slowly gaining an understanding of self and the world around him. CMOA was when shit gets real and he decides to think for himself and escape the castle

Nomura made a shitload of OCs and had no idea what to do with them, so in KH2 they became filler bosses.

Xaldin and Luxord were the only ones who actually did shit in the Disney worlds. Xemnas just sat around, Xigbar did nothing except mock Sora a few times, Saix did nothing except advance the plot, Axel was behind the scenes doing fuck knows what, Demyx was the comic relief.

In my opinions, they were one of the worst parts of KH2 simply because they felt so out of place with everything the first game established. They would have been better in a completely different game where their potential could've been used properly.
