There needs to be a semi-sandbox Megaman Legends game where you explore ruins all over the place, and they're all interconnected at their deepest levels - close islands are connected at more shallow levels. Thousands of billions of upgrades and shit like that Gearbox game that I won't mention because fuck those spammers.

Multiplatform, cross-platform multi-player. Kind of like PSO rather than a regular MMO. Use Roll, Megaman, etc. as diggers, spotters, and other forms of support. Empty-ish world like The Wind Waker, except you can actually journey really far so that you end up finding a lot of land overall.
