Actually all those programs aside came about after the formation of the country. Most Run by the state. not the federal government. aside from the postal service, which is now obsolete.
I wouldn't mind state run healthcare programs, I just don't like give the power to the federal government, they have to much. More than was EVER intended.

A bro is the cool dude on campus who comes in from summer break with a kickass tan. He's got muscles, hip sandals, the latest cool shorts, a nice shirt and killer white teeth. When he walks out of his car he immediately sees another cool guy or hot girl he knows and they're like SUP BRO NICE PARTY? or Hey hey Tiffany!!!? The real bros have dozens of friends, attend several parties a week, their facebooks have activity measured per minute and any video game they play is a social activity, probably madden or rarely - halo. These real bros use the internet for school, facebook and maybe looking for a job but nothing more. He comes into class and is like "yo CHAD whats up" and everyone turns and addresses him. He sits down in front of you and pulls out his macbook, the wallpaper is him at the beach with a dozen hot girls. You slink into class, unnoticed and sit down in the back. You pull out your ACER and the wallpaper is World of Warcraft. You're not a bro

You're pasty and either fat and skinny. You smell, you're unkempt and awkward. You say "bro" with a weak nasal voice or a heavy lisp. You wear dork shirts and inspire chuckles from girls. Any use of the term BRO is only seen as satire, as you do not stack up to real bros. That video game t-shirt you're wearing and cargo pants are not bro. The lone female in your tiny circle of friends is fat and crazy, if she exists at all. That's not a girl a bro has.
