I don't get why everyone hates this game.
>Controls
like somebody shat in the crevices of your control stick, the old
"instead of taking one small step ill take a huge step and slide
everywhere when i try to stop" Precision is not the point of
the game. Just run into walls to wall run, jump in the air, slide on
the ground, swing on poles, ect. You're not supposed to circle strafe
your enemy for fuck sake.
>Animation barely looks smoother than the first King Kong. Ok, I'll give you that one. Animation could use some work.
>Audio gets fucking annoying That's purely opinion. I really like the music and thought it fit very well.
>Becomes the 1023098th game to use and fuck up QTE. I
thought the QTE in this game was great. It integrated common gameplay
(aiming & shooting) with simple actions displayed at the
appropriate moments. It keeps you on your toes.
The controls are
little weird at first but give the demo two or three runs until you get
the hang of it. And I love the concept: you're just thrown in a room
full of enemies and you have to kill them in the most effecient manner
possible. By stringing together pole jumps to dives to slides to
springboarding of enemies, you'll see your multiplier skyrocket and
everyone around you fall apart. It's a really fun experience when you
examine an area, plan your route through it, and watch it unfold. |
