Basically, some webcomics got shop'd to make reference to a vague, Lovecraft-inspired entity, and /b/ has a new way to make the fake distinction between newfags and oldfags for another week.

The first time i saw it was on /v/'s B^U edits making fun of buckley, which was like.. at LEAST a month ago. Figures /b/ just now gets a hold of it and thinks it's something new and exciting
