I saw a pretty decent deal for a PS3 plus 2 games today. However, without a HD TV, I don't think I could do the PS3 graphics any justice.

I have a 360, well, had a 360 that I've had to send in twice to get repaired. The second time they charged me because it wasn't under warranty. It RRoD'd on me again recently so I think i'm done with that console for the moment.

I think the lower price is something that really made my mind up on either getting a NEW 360 with Warranty or getting a NEW PS3.

As long as Lost Planet is playable on either I'll live.

I'm considering buying a PS3 now. I enjoy video games, but it's not my life or anything, I play a more than the average person, but I don't do it to an extent that it completely consumes my life.

I feel ashamed that I will never get to experience the community of PSN atm. Most of the Xbox 360 community is in fact made up of kids who think they know everything. I stopped buying Xbox Live Gold 2 years ago because of it.

So yeah... I'm glad but also disheartened that the Ps3 has been lowered in price.
