actually yeh, finding out if patches are retroactive is a big pain in the ass for me, but most of the time my games dont need patching, actually the only game i can think of which gave me trouble since i built this PC 2 years ago is mirrors edge, but that didnt even load in teh first place, plus i pirated it.

I have a Q6600, some shitty HP motherboard, 4gb RAM, a 550w ThermalTake PSU and an Nvidia 9800 GT.
