This makes absolutely no sense for an online fighter; the only way this could work is if you're limited to playing only other Europeans which would kind of suck, and on top of that it's primarily a Japanese arcade fighter, why would they make new character and moves exclusively for the European console market? My guess is they're already working on the next patch for arcades which will include a couple of new characters and moves as well as balance patches (yeah that's right, fuck you V-13 and Arakune). The US and Jap versions will have to get the same content as DLC, the European version will probably just be the only one to come with that content on the disc. If not, then that's pretty retarded (coming from a Eurofag who's already imported).

It's not getting released in EU til 2012, by then we'll be playing BlazBlue Z3: Accord Neo++, so of course it will have "new characters and moves" compared to the current US release of BB.
