I tried to leave out the fact that some games are compatible for the PC as well. Not that I have anything against the PC, it's by far the best station for games but the majority of people you own consoles play them for their pick up and play style to it over the PC. It's best to appeal to them since PC gamers have it made anyway.

Wow the PS3 is pretty expensive in the US. I'm in the UK and the 360 is £220 and I just picked up a new PS3 with killzone 2 for £280.

Uncharted and Gears of War both use cover systems.
Gears of War relies more on their cover system while Uncharted relies more on platforming abilities to scale up buildings and find cover there.

In terms of badass Gears of War has a chainsaw bayonet if you get close and are not shot. In Uncharted 2's multiplayer, if you get right behind an enemy you can strangle them to death

When I said that the PS3 has cross-game chatrooms I mean TEXT chatrooms. There are firmware updates that give the PS3 new features almost every 4 months but no cross-game voice chat yet =/
