walls around the sentry room are hollow, and whilst you can't use it to
get past the room altogether, leading Sniper into a hollow section will
start a cutscene where he notices holes in the wall. You've got about
ten seconds to set up - after two, he'll shoot the Engineer. Five,
he'll destroy the first sentry, and ten the second, but will have to
retreat as the third notices him and blasts a hole in the wall. You've
now got a small window to run past it as it's distracted - you could
safely Bonk! past it, or just dash by, but either way from your new
vantage point you can pistol it to death from a safe distance,
triggering a scene where Sniper follows you into the next room. |
