Played the Huxley beta last night. Despite some weirdness with patching/downloading/launching it, the gameplay was very nice. It felt a lot like Quake/Unreal, and all the guns felt solid. My latency was horrible because of the peer-based server setup they have going right now, but I get the feeling that it'll be pretty incredible when they host games on their own servers instead of on my sorry DSL connection. I have high hopes.

Very much worth the $3 (not sure if I would pay more than $10 for it though)
