After Misha's death she finally sees how much other people dislike her from stepping everyone else's toes all the time and she decides to apologize to the one she has hurt the most, Hanako.
Being the student council president she pulled some strings to get Hanakos room key so that she may apoligize as she enter the small room she notices Hanako isn't back from the library yet. Lilly wanting to go to town goes to Hanakos room to find her she usesher own key to come in and notices a presence in the room and assumes it's Hanako
"Oh Hanako I"m glad you're back from the library would you mind walking with me into town?"
Unable to speak to Lilly, hastily stand up from the bed to try to leave the room but trips over a book on the floor and on to Lilly whom assume Hanako is just getting a bit rambunctious "ohh I know what you're getting at" Lilly says.
Suddenly Lilly with a forceful push knocks a surprised Shizune to the bed and climbs on top off Shizune and pins her arms above her head "You're surprisingly quiet and resistant today" she leans in to whisper not knowing whom she's with "I like it" and passionately kisses Shizune.
This comes to more than just a surprise to Shizune who stops struggling, she's never been kissed before, it's odd and new but so comforting until Lilly pulls back "Oh you've stop fighting back what a dissapointment now I'll have to punish you and I know how you hate to have your breasts groped"
Shizune either unable or unwilling to fight back lays there as Lilly pulls a small rope tucked away inbetweent the mattress to tie Shizunes wrists to the bed.
